Front desk staff unresponsive and normal IHG text interaction with management was not functional. Also was told that the normal IHG food and beverage vouchers should work as normal, but they didn’t and the hotel (which could have accepted them manually) refused to do so. 0 stars. Zero redeeming qualities.

I left a purse, no wallet, just a purse in my room and following up to get my bag back, it “was not found”. Undoubtedly stolen by whomever cleaned the room. This is the worst feeling, I NEVER review for negative feedback but I would hate for someone to lose their items like I have. Do not stay here if you want to keep all your belongings.
