Worst IHG experience to date. Car broken into and everything stolen, then told by staff it happens all the time here. Front desk staff unresponsive and normal IHG text interaction with management was not functional. Also was told that the normal IHG food and beverage vouchers should work as normal, but they didn’t and the hotel (which could have accepted them manually) refused to do so. 0 stars. Zero redeeming qualities.

If you want your belongings to go missing, this is the hotel for you. I left a purse, no wallet, just a purse in my room and following up to get my bag back, it “was not found”. Undoubtedly stolen by whomever cleaned the room. This is the worst feeling, I NEVER review for negative feedback but I would hate for someone to lose their items like I have. Do not stay here if you want to keep all your belongings.

My reservation for a two-night stay was split into two separate bookings—one using points and one paid with my credit card—a booking structure I now highly discourage. When I initially checked in, I proactively informed the front desk about the two reservations. The employee assured me that my room would be linked, and I would not need to switch rooms the following day. Despite this assurance, the next morning, my sleep was interrupted when housekeeping entered my room. When I contacted the front desk, they instructed me to come back down to the lobby immediately to complete the re-check-in process. I quickly rushed down, but in the time it took me to get there (less than two minutes), the front desk was unattended. The need to physically check in again mid-stay is a terrible, customer-unfriendly process, especially since I brought this to the front desk's attention at the initial check-in. Please improve your internal communication and reservation procedures to prevent such disruptions.

Was on a long roadtrip and this location was convenient for us. Great front desk staff. Each person I spoke with was always helpful. The breakfast buffet here was 😙🤌🏾 delicious. The kitchen staff was also super friendly. I encourage this hotel to install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations on property. There were a few EVs parked on property each of the 3 nights I stayed. They could secure more nightly bookings if they had it. Few hotels in the area offered EV chargers so this would be an easy point of differentiation to secure more room bookings. If you decide to implement EV chargers, I recommend contacting Pangea Charging to take care of this for your hotel.

First room on 3rd floor had kind of strong bleach smell so they promptly changed it, room was fine but I could not sleep as it’s facing the highway tha was so noisy and felt like you are sleeping on the highway.
