Some rooms feature fireplaces and large whirlpool tubs. My receipt shows one charge however when I try and get reimbursed from the company I work for there are two charges. Which is holding up my per diem refund. When my travel unit attempts to contact the hotel directly they will not answer the phone.

From disconnected phone lines (for weeks I couldn't call) high employee turnover (talked to 4 different reps while planning the wedding, and none really took ownership/responsibility), multiple emails left with no response. I was upset, but not to the point of a review. But then I find out they gave away one of my guests rooms. She was only there for one night, and they probably gave it to someone who would stay longer. Not to mention this guest was 6 months pregnant. On the day of my wedding we had to find a place for her, as if that day isn't busy enough. This hotel totally dropped the ball.

- RRRachelSep 16, 20252.0A good nights rest on a long journey is most important. Beds are uncomfortable, very firm. At $175 If i wanted to sleep on a rock solid bed, I would have gone to motel 6 for 1/3 the cost and had a better breakfast out someplace. Breakfast was basic and mediocre.
