Day one, 4/10/2026, they ran out of breakfast food, coffee was cold- a problem of both quantity and quality. Day two, breakfast was much better in both categories. Also, My room card kept breaking. No one at front desk at checkout. No one cleaned my room. Not enough employees?

I had to ask about everything .. how to get to my room, Wi-Fi access, breakfast timing, pool hours, even where to find towels. Nothing was explained upfront. The front desk staff seemed completely uninterested, almost as if they were doing me a favor rather than providing a service. It really made the stay uncomfortable. I chose this place because it’s a Holiday Inn under IHG and expected at least basic standards of hospitality. Otherwise, I would have stayed elsewhere. When you’re on vacation, the last thing you need is that kind of negative vibe.
