Location within a few miles to Joshua Tree entrance. Plenty of options to eat nearby. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Overpriced. Across the street is half the price and just as nice. They're charging the name and location. Breakfast was ok. Rooms dated but clean enough. However the garbage piled up out front of the lobby and on our floor for literally check in 4pm til morning is really lame and un inviting. Seriously. 2 days and growing.

Spacious and comfortable room, and the breakfast was good. Soundproofing could be improved as noise from the neighboring room was quite noticeable. Overall, a pleasant stay.

While in a great location, there are many problems. No housekeeping despite a 3 night stay. Therefore no fresh towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash collection, fresh coffee cups. When we asked at reception we were told that our rooms would not be made up for 3 days. We took our dirty towels and bags of trash down to reception and received no apology. Coffee machines broken. Ice machines broken. Spa broken. Several doors didn’t work.

We only stayed 1 night but it was excellent beyond my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again, especially with kids. We have a baby and a toddler - the room was super clean and carpeted, so even the baby had a blast crawling around. The room was updated, very clean, modern and comfortable. We had an "accessibility" room with 2 queen beds, on the top floor. The breakfast was great and everything was available and continuously restocked - yogurt, milks, cereals, oatmeal packets, walnuts, dried cranberries, muffins, cinnamon buns, pancakes (freshly made from pancake maker), scrambled eggs, some hot bread buns, I think some sort if meat, all the condiments and spreads you can think of, bananas and apples, coffees, teas and more. The seating area is spacious and very comfortable. It's right near the lobby - high ceilings and large windows - you feel like you could be at a brunch restaurant. If you're on the fence and wondering if the breakfast is worth it - it is!
