    Very nice hotel, great customer service. It even has a little store inside, they just charge it to your room. Duy, at the front desk, great dude! Best customer service, made our check in easy and he was very friendly and welcoming. He went that extra mile, most front desk receptionist wont go. Rooms are nice and clean. The room had a small kitchenette and everything we needed to make a meal. Might make this my go to when in town. Great hotel!

    I checked in they had me put a card to be on file and charged me 25 dollars as a hold said I would get it when I checked out. That never happened the front didn't even know what I was talking about in the morning. Be careful here.

    We had to stop half way through our drive, it was roughly 2:30am and we had booked the holiday inn in chowchilla (we were trying to atleast make it that far) said they didnt do check-ins after 2am but the app says overnights are okay between 12am-5am. So we called here in advance before booking this time and the lady I spoke with was absolutely so sweet and helped us get a nice, convenient room with our doggos, check out also went smooth, front desk is just so kind here <3

    The hotel was clean and well maintained. The only issue is with the location. It is in a convenient location, however, right outside the property there are homeless tents and people living on the other side of the fence. This is in close proximity to the hotel! It looks messy, there is garbage everywhere close to the fence because of the homeless population. This is not appealing to guest, and it also leaves people feeling insecure about leaving cars in parking lot. There must be something the businesses in the area can do. It is also right behind the Black Bear Diner.
