  Very happy with our stay, front desk staff was amazing and very helpful answering all my questions and assuring me our stay was all set to go for whenever we showed up after our event as well as when we checked out. The attendant running breakfast was super sweet and helpful keeping all breakfast items stocked for everyone that came down even with 15mins to go. We'll definitely stay here again when we have another trip to Turlock.

  I will stay here EVERY time I come to Turlock!! SOLEY BASED ON THE STAFF!! After my 46 hour Amtrak trip from Houston, EMERALD WAS THE EPITOME OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you so much for being patient with me and just being FANTASTIC!! You are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!! 🫶🏻

  Bed we're comfortable, no shower curtain went to front desk to ask for one and the front desk said in 10 minutes they will bring one and it never came. I stay in best westerns a n d this one is not ok.

  We recently had our survey crew stay at this hotel for a job in town. The rooms were awful. They were not cleaned, old q-tips laying on the ground. The rooms smelled like someone had been smoking weed. One of the crew slept with his clothes on. The rooms were all booked up so moving to a different room was not available, Very unacceptable and gross. I do not recommend

  Construction in front of our unit started a little on the early side. The breakfast was good.
