  AWFUL HOSPITALITY!!!!!! AND STEREOTYPING FROM EMPLOYEE. WE STAYED HERE ON 12/22 - THIS HOTEL IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES! AND SMELLED VERY BAD. MY HUSBAND SAW A COCKROACH ON FLOOR BY THE ROOM DOOR, WE GOT HERE LATE AND WE DIDN'T COMPLAIN. TV - NOT WORKING. NEXT MORNING MY FAMILY BROUGHT ME BREAKFAST TO ROOM. WHILE I WAS EATING MY BREAKFAST A ROACH WAS WALKING / CRAWLING ON TABLE!! I STOOD UP AND HAD TO THROW AWAY MY FOOD AWAY AND WENT TO COMPLAIN IN THE FRONT LOBBY. WHEN I MADE THE COMPLAIN AN EMPLOYEE THERE HAD THE AUDACITY TO STEREOTYPE SAYING "I WAS MEXICAN AND THAT HE WAS MEXICAN TOO AND WE SHOULD NOT BE AFRAID OR SURPRISED TO SEE A ROACH, LIKE WE HAVE NEVER SEEN A ROACH BEFORE" HE WROTE THE COMPLAIN IN A PEACE OF PAPER AND SAID HE WAS GOING TO SHOW THE MANAGEMENT, BUT THERE WAS NO GUARANTEE OF A REFUND. WE WENT BACK TO ROOM, AND MY DAUGHTER SAW ANOTHER ROACH THIS TIME ON BED AND SHE RECORD IT ON HER PHONE. AS WE CHECKED OUT, THE MANAGEMENT OF THE HOTEL WAS THERE HIS NAME IS KUSHBUH PATEL.I TOLD HIME THE ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND HE ONLY GAVE A 20% DISCOUNT AND APOLOGIZED FOR SITUATION. I ALSO, TOLD HIM ABOUT HIS EMPLOYEE. BY THE WAY THE EMPLOYEE ALSO MENTIONED THAT IHOP NEXT TO THIS HOTEL MIGHT HAVE ROACHES AS WELL. WE HAVE STAYED HERE AT THIS HOTEL FOR MANY YEARS AND HAD NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE TILL THIS TIME. Room number 119 on the 1st floor.

  We've stayed here before and it was great. Our stay this month was for 3 days. On night 2 I found a cockroach on sink counter. I caught it and brought it in a baggy to hotel reception. He was shocked and immediately killed it. He expressed his apologies. I was told they would report to management for review and compensation. No other rooms available as their was big event in town and hotels booked. I never heard back from management and no one remembers me reporting issue. Needless to say I lost a lot of sleep, my luggage is still outside. I'm taking things out and washing in hot water but I feel sick this happened. I'll never stay at this hotel again

  It's a hotel that was completely renovated a year, year and a half ago. The DirecTV signal pixilated all the time, dropping in and out. Unwatchable. Shower in the morning was only luke warm at the hottest setting. Toilet is round, which is an inconvenience to us larger fellas. Seat flopping all over the place. Whoever did the floor tile work set the tiles unevenly and the edges are sticking up, making it very hard on the feet. Sure the price is only $89 a night, but that's pretty typical for IHG, Best Western and Quality Inn. Management should take some pride in their property and make some corrections and improvements. We'll be staying at one of the other properties from now on.
