    Well Sarah, things were obviously not what I expected and if you couldn't find it in your heart to refund a $20 fee, that's why I won't be returning to your establishment. In order to keep returning customers, you should be making them happy so they will return. Also, if you did want to speak about it, you should have called the number on my reservation. Ok, so I was meeting a new girlfriend for the first time ever and wanted it perfect. I paid in advance through my company for a fireplace and balcony, but when I got there, that's not what I got ...and was not informed about it. I paid for early check in and when I asked for it to be waived for the wrong accommodations and trouble with the TV, I was denied by the owner. The staff was nice but didn't get me what I paid for. The room was just 'ok' and the same with breakfast. After more than enough spent, a measly $20 was denied. Won't be back just for the fact that the owner completely failed at treating customers right for THEIR error. Work on your customer service Sir/Ma'am.

    At this particular hotel, it was nice clean very nice And accommodating staff, good breakfast. I think it’s time for a new bed because it was a bit squeaky and not comfy I got the job done for the one night stay

    The second floor room was quiet and clean. It had the basic amenities to make coffee, microwave, and refrigerator. We were traveling with a dog, and this was a dog friendly place. Although there was not much of a yard except right around the building. Staff was friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was the standard eggs sausage toast or waffle, or cereal. They did have decaf coffee which for me was a plus. I would stay there again.

    Entire staff is great!!!! Crystal (i believe that’s her name) at the front desk is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! She goes above n beyond!!!! My boyfriend & I are long distance so we meet at this hotel every other week & stay 2 days!!!! Crystal is the main reason we haven’t booked or tried any other hotels in area!!!! Rooms are great nice n big with fridge n microwave!!!! Rooms & entire hotel are immaculate every time!!!! We will definitely come back & go nowhere else!!!! Great location near grocery stores, restaurants, the mall & close to all day trips we’ve taken together!!!! Thank you to everyone on the staff we appreciate you all!!!!
