Had a minor issue with one of the drawers and they fix it right away even though I said it didn’t bother me. Been staying here for a while and they really do a great job of servicing me. The bed was just as comfortable as the last five-star hotel we stayed at! And they have a free shuttle service that made our errands and dinner plans an absolute breeze. Shout-out to the shuttle driver, Kenneth, he was extremely kind and accommodating.
