  Parking not included. I paid extra for breakfast but that only includes two of us not all three. Disappointed and we won't be back.

  No hot water for several days and you can hear the other people in the hallways, it was really annoying as I was trying to get in some snooze time after arriving from LAX

  UPDATE: STILL NOTHING. HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE.... I feel this shows how important safety is, especially for ADA purposes. First night I was there, after I checked in, I went up to the room and wanted to take a shower after a VERY long day. I turned the shower on , and the water NEVER got hot! So I stepped in to take a very luke warm shower, and the shower floor was so slippery, I slipped and fell in the shower. I'm also disabled, so it was almost impossible for me to get up by myself. After all that I went down to talk to the people up front and the only thing they really did for me was move me rooms. So now, I had to gather everything back up and move rooms. I ended up talking to a Supervisor, and they had me fill out an incident report. I heard NOTHING from anyone after that. No one contacted me about the incident and did not even check to see how things were. I went to the new room, and it was the same thing!!! NO HOT WATER. I let that shower run for 15mins and checked it often. Always luke warm. The floor was very slippery in there as well, so I had to put a towel down in the shower just so there would be some kind of grip. I will NEVER stay at this location again, and will have a super hard time booking another Holiday Inn stay!

  El hotel tiene una muy buena calidad de habitaciones, los baños son muy bonitos cuentan con una amplia ducha además de tener un gran espejo con luz incluida. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado lo que es muy bueno para fechas de calor, el desayuno es bastante bueno por su precio. En cuanto a la locación es muy tranquila pero en mi opinión queda muy lejos de todo, no recomiendo quedarse en este hotel si es que caminarás o tomaras locomoción ya que se te dificultará, si vas en auto no creo que tengas mayor problema y contarás con gran espacio para estacionar. Dentro de todo cumple como un buen hotel y su personal es muy amable.

  Honestly I am BEYOND disappointed in this trip. I got to the hotel and they charged me 200$ for the deposit when I was originally told 50$. Less than 10 minutes in the room, the curtain broke in their “newly renovated rooms”!!! Then, went downstairs to let the staff know and they took note. Okay great. Went back upstairs, no hot water. The next morning, no hot water. The WiFi didn’t work and I had to personally connect the tv to the network. Then I try to get a refund for my visit because what type of hotel doesn’t have hot water ? They would not give it to me even though the lady I spoke with in person AT the hotel told me they would talk to the third party to get at least a partial refund. The man who I spoke with on the phone was condescending about the whole situation. Not even an “I’m sorry” came out of his mouth. Whatever. I guess these companies are okay with having rude, inconsiderate working for them. Absolutely ridiculous. Never staying at holiday inn again. Waste of time, money, and energy.
