I have never been treated like I have been today. After a long flight and drive I came in at 11am to book for a 4 night stay. The lady at the counter was very rude to me. She wouldn’t even check any rooms for me because I requested if I could check in now instead of 4pm, she could of at least checked the computer to see if a room was available but instead she brushed me off and was rude. As a Diamond member I SHOULDNT EVER BE TREATED THIS WAY! Don’t stay here the staff is rude

I kept my meal simple for the evening and had the Burger and it was delicious. The middle of the week and there was live music playing in the lounge and dancing 🕺. Everyone was having a great time. It was good to be in a great atmosphere once again.
