  These people are either incompetent or very stupid. I requested a wheelchair accessible room and then for 4 days they put me in a room that wasn't wheelchair accessible and I had to yell and argue just to get a wheelchair accessible room after I had my leg chopped off and I'm an amputee. Then when I spoke to them the GM ignores me and they will not give me my money back and they're still charging me for 4 days of me not having a wheelchair accessible room. I've asked to talk to corporate they said that they would get in touch with me they have not got in touch with me and they're ignoring me so now I have to take time out of my date find a lawyer to sue them. This place looks really nice but once you get there the staff are incompetent or or just they don't care

  The hotel is fine. Clean. Good size rooms. It is advertised at pet friendly but really is not a great experience. It randomly charges for pets even after assuring me they would not. Once we were not charged and once we were charged $168, which seems excessive. I tried to speak with the hotel and the chain to no avail. They kept passing me back and forth to each other. Next time will pick Holiday Inn down the street.

  Staybridge Suites Temecula… FAIL. Booked, paid and confirmed months in advance. Upon arrival to check first issue was there was NO personnel at the counter! After calling out numerous times someone showed up. The then advised me I had NO reservation!?!? I pulled out my hard copy and my digital copy and advised that I did and was paid for and confirmed! “oh there you are, yes we cancelled your reservation and charged you a no show fee”. Ummmm excuse me? I showed up on time and was within policy. A manager was then called and showed up at the counter and advise that they had “overbooked” and would remove the “no show fee”. Great what about my suite? Nothing. Luckily had contacts that were able to take me in for the night until I could book another room somewhere else, walk in, last minuet higher rates…. Thanks Extended Stay, never will I be using you again and will advise all fellow travelers of your misconduct and lack of respect. Just despicable!

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Staybridge Suites in Temecula! The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. All of the amenities we needed were available, and everything worked perfectly. The morning breakfast was also very good with plenty of options to start the day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. 10 out of 10 — we would definitely stay here again!
