  Sadly, Europa has really gone downhill. We were club members for more than six years and finally gave up our membership because service became so poor. To add insult to injury, they then charged us to ship our last shipment instead of letting us pick it up—something they never informed us about. When we tried to get help with the situation, they brushed us off and offered no explanation or assistance. Pretty big bummer after supporting them for so long.

  A sublime location to enjoy wines from all over europe and locally grown as well. The rooms were 5 stars all the way and service top notch. Aaron at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience on our first time there. The Bolero restaurant was also very delicious to experience. the tapas and wine pairings were perfect. we will be back again!

  This is for the Vienza tasting room today. My wife and I joined and have enjoyed coming to Europa for the various wine and activities, but rarely get to go to the Vienza tasting room. We were able to go today and try some of the wines held within. The first tasting went smoothly, but when we went to the counter for the second pour, there were two hosts, each with a customer. I stood in between, waiting for whoever was available first to help with the next selection. As I waited, I could hear that the conversations were social in nature and that the wine pours has already happened, no big worries. As one customer departed the counter, that host left and went to another part of the room before disappearing to the back. The second just kept his conversation going with the young lady there, with neither host ever acknowledging my presence. After glancing again at the remaining host, again with no acknowledgement from 3' away, I asked my wife to leave since leaving a tip at the end wouldn't be justified. My other experiences have been good to great, this one was subpar.

  Das Europa Village hat uns heute beim Brunch wirklich begeistert. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und entspannt – man nimmt sich Zeit, genießt und fühlt sich rundum wohl. Genau das Richtige für einen entspannten Sonntagsbrunch. Was uns aber am meisten überzeugt hat, war die Frische und Vielfalt der Speisen. Von Muscheln und Lachs über ein cremiges Risotto bis hin zu Spaghetti – die Auswahl war beeindruckend und alles war spürbar frisch zubereitet. Hier wird keine Kompromisse bei der Qualität gemacht! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut top – für diese Qualität und Vielfalt bekommt man hier wirklich viel geboten. Jeder Cent ist gut investiert. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen besonderen Brunch in entspannter Atmosphäre suchen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

  I went to Europa today to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We ended up in a members tasting room and had the pleasure of having DR. Doug serve us. He is absolutely an amazing person. Very pleasant, Very knowledgeable and made the day very enjoyable. The wine and food were great. I highly recommend.
