I bought my mom and her best friend a wonderful weekend getaway for her birthday. I got them a wine tasting at a winery nearby and a hotel room, everything already paid for so they didn't need to worry about anything on their relaxing weekend. They had a horrible hotel experience. They arrived at the hotel at 11:30 AM and spoke with Antonia, who told them the room was not ready. They checked again at 12:30 PM because they had a 1:30 PM winery reservation, and Antonia again said no rooms were available. After enjoying the winery, they returned to the hotel at 6:30 PM, only to be told that their room had been given away, despite having checked in multiple times throughout the day and despite the room being fully paid for in advance. So who did they give my room away to that I had paid for? Zailinn helped them and was the rudest woman to my mom and her best friend. She didn't apologize about the room being give away, she said there were no more rooms for the night, and she had such an attitude. I don't recommend this place at all. They need to train their staff better and we will not be returning. What was supposed to be a wonderful girls weekend turned into a stressful night because of the poor customer service they received.

My husband and I are loyal customers to holiday. We won’t stay anywhere else. We usually love the hotel and recommend it to other people. However this location was by far the worst we have stayed at. The parking lot has no lighting it’s extremely dark. The hotel itself is outdated which is understandable but what’s not is not taking pride in its appearance or most importantly the cleanliness of the place. Even walking into the reception area the floor was filthy the entire two days we stayed there. The coffee maker didn’t work in the room nor did the plug for the bath tub. They only clean the room upon request which was rated in a tiny piece of paper given when we first arrived. Which means no clean towels were restocked. When I called down to ask for more the girl said yes hold ok and then hung up. I waited twenty minutes and decided to walk down stairs to grab some. Upon arriving back to reception the front desk girl was clearly overwhelmed as she was the only employee I saw the entire time. She said there were no towels and wouldn’t be anymore until they finished drying in forty mins and then said she would then have to fold them all herself and then deliver them. We never received the towels and to be honest the reception was short with me which I understand given she’s clearly overwhelmed with her task at hand. The management should care more for the established and their customers. I will never stay at this location again. Very disappointed.

When I checked in, Antonia was on the Front Desk. She is very pleasant & friendly w/a smile like she is usually. Antonia asked if I had a choice of location for my room. I wasn't sure. Antonia chose the perfect room for me. I was very grateful. There weren't any issues with noise overhead.
Everything was fine with my room, except there were no face towels in the bathroom. I called the Front Desk & was told I could come downstairs and pick them up. When I went downstairs, Antonia was @the Front Desk. She apologized & said there were other guests who did not have face towels. She asked how many did I need. She wrote it down. As soon as the face towels are available, they would be brought to my room. This was really unusual. Room Service came to my room with 1 face towel & 2 hand towels. What is happening with the lack of face towels for guests? Are we going to provide our personal face towels from now on?
This has never happened before during any of the stays @Holiday Inn Express.
Christina was on the Front Desk one evening when I purchased bottles of water. She apologized saying there wasn't enough change; however, she had quarters & a few $5's. I said I was ok with the quarters & left. I returned with change for a twenty which helped her. She was very thankful.

This is, by far, the worst Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was filthy, with grime in the sink, mold in the shower and on the bathroom floor, a very noisy exhaust fan, no wash clothes, a sticky bathroom floor, and a missing hose between the shower diverter and the shower head. The juice machine in the breakfast area was posted as "Out of Order" and coffee was late coming out at opening and slow to be replenished. The washing machine was posted as "Out of Order." Staff did not seem to care at all, and was unable to address the issues, even providing something as simple as two wash clothes after two requests. The front door to the lobby was filthy...not a few fingerprints from a pack of young soccer players, but rather a build up of grime from extended periods without thoughtful cleaning.
