  Amazing night shift lady was very personal she even helped my wife figure out why she didn’t feel good wen she was staying here on a business trip

  Holiday inn express and suites are the best. The rooms are big and clean. The bed was comfortable the pillows were comfortable. Cable. Warm showers. Breakfast was good. Check in was easy.

  The room is nice, bed is comfortable but whatever you do, do NOT use the on facility laundry.. my clothes came out smelling worse after, it was only a waste of $6, but not getting clean clothes out of it has to be the worst part.

  This hotel is always a favorite for us. So conveniently located right off the freeway with restaurants not far away.

  is the worst hotel experience of my life and I am a frequent business traveler. This experience has damaged my relationship with IHG. When we arrived at the hotel I asked to use the restroom and was told that the restroom in the lobby was closed because they had no water but they could quickly check me into my room. I accepted this and checked in. As she was handing me my keys she stated that the internet was also not working. When I got to the room I discovered no water in the room also. I went down stairs and complained and asked ablut checking out and was told that I would not receive a refund and the water would be back on soon. We waited over one hour before the water and internet was turned on. I complained to IHG and they indicated that they management at the property would get back to me. the Front desk called and indicated that they would not do anything the water was going to be turned on shortly. I ask about another room as there was renovation going on the floor and it smelled lime drywall dust and paint. My wife is very sensative to this we were told we could not change in a very rude manner. They also told us that they would not be making any adjustments to our room rate. I once again called IHG and they said they would follow up. I went down the hall to get some ice and I noticed the carpets in the hall were dirty and stained. When I got to the ice machine I noticed mold and dirty on the floor. We had driven for 7 hoiurs that day so we just decided to make the best of the bad situtaiton and go to bed. When we turned on the heater in the room it souned like a wounded animal as it turned on and off. The fan itself was very loud. The heater woke me up numerous times durning the night. When I went down to breakfast in the morning all the food was cold and disgusting, far below my low expectations for a free breakfast. Your property was far below my expectations and experience at other IHG properties.
