Well the 75 dollar hold became 105.00 hold and is still pending my bank stated the Hotel has not released the hold this is 6 days after check out! My rewards prior to booking were 4100 I still have those rewards I called and spoke to a front desk agent who said they accidentally charged the 30.00 that was suppose to be charged to Best Western, so I waited for a release of funds still nothing and my rewards points remain the same nothing used for this stay when asking to speak to a manager front desk staff is extremely rude and will not transfer to voicemail or connect you to a manager to help fix the problem. This is unfortunately ridiculous and I will never stay at this Best Western Trailside Inn Susanville Again
