- PHPeti Hulie3 days ago1.0Manager major power trip and to excessively insert oneself with children and threaten to kick them out isn't being professional or showing hospitality . What happened to being curtious accommodating without being so judgemental towards paying guest. I think a class in public relations American etiquettes and showing kindness to children since kids are kids nothing was elevated to crime simple sibling being siblings. I would not come back to this location the Santa Clara one has pool kind friendly staff
- SJSteven JorgensApr 19, 20263.0The beds were wonderful. The room was very clean. But our biggest issue was that the fridge wasn't working. We had important medices that had to stay cold. Unfortunately we were not aware that the fridge wasn't working when we had placed this into the fridge. After checking in we went out for the afternoon and evening to only return with my medicine nearly ruined. I contacted the front desk about this issue. They offered to move me to a neighboring room which after some debate with my family, we decided to check. It was there we found the fridge operational. This was all incredibly disappointing, and frustrating to us. We were VERY tired from our early start to our day. I informed the front desk that the alternate room would also not going to work. I ended up troubleshooting the fridge in my room. I had to pull the fridge out from its cubby space, where I found the GFI outlet have been tripped. I tried resetting it and that didn't work initially. It took several resets to get the outlet to stay on. By this time I had spent an hour of my time doing their maintenance persons job. This could have been a 5 star stay. And I would have sued if my thousand dollar medicine had expired.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We really loved the warm atmosphere and would definitely stay here again!
