The front desk team was exceptional throughout my visit—consistently professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was smooth, and any questions or requests were handled quickly and with a positive attitude. That level of service makes a big difference when you’re on the road for extended periods. The room condition and cleanliness were excellent. The suite felt well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the property overall still feels close to new. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything in order, and maintenance of the common areas was clearly a priority. Breakfast is typical Hilton fare—perfectly fine, reliable, and convenient, but nothing especially memorable. It gets the job done for busy mornings. The only real downside is the daily parking charge, which adds up quickly for long-term stays. For guests staying multiple weeks, this can become a noticeable extra expense and is worth factoring into your budget (-1 star for this charge!). Overall, this is a strong option in Sunnyvale for extended business travel, with standout service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a well-maintained property. I would definitely stay here again—just with a closer eye on the parking costs!!

Rooms are very clean, the service is very proffessional and Monique is so sweet always there when you need something. They have a gym, media center room with TV, pool table, they a barbecue pit area, pool/ jacuzzi, parking is underground and very safe! If i could give them a 10 star review, I would've!!! Thank you guys for everything you do to keep customers happy! Oh BTW, you get free breakfast and it's delicious!!
