Last week we got a random call from the front desk to shift the room because of some construction issues in the adjacent rooms , it was quite troublesome but we still cooperated with the management. The new room had several existing issues which we had to deal and get repaired while staying in it . Even after those repairs and mess they didn’t bothered to help proper cleaning the room inspite of we making the call . And after hrs when a lady came she claimed she is extremely busy and left the dustbins lying here n there in the room and left and didn’t return . The manager misbehaved on making a complain and didn’t take any action . The staff is lately found to be quite rational , non courteous and irresponsible . The house keeping seems to be quite ignorant , everyday you have to follow-up for freshening up the room - clearing the trash n changing towels . The work is still not great . Hilton group is known for its good hospitality but if certain group of people in management are spoiling the image , it should be taken care off with immediate action .
