I stayed here for few nights and faced multiple issues as follow:
- lots of dead flies falling from the vent such that the floor was covered with flies.
- sink was congested and water stays for long time.
- fridge making loud noise every few minutes and make sleeping hard; even while asleep it wakes you up like alarm.
- door/entrance is not neither light nor sound proof and during night room is bright. And being close to exit door, there are always loud noise of doors being opened and closed and people coming and going.
I reported this to the reception and one night they just came did a cleaning and turned off the fridge. They said they are over-booked and didn’t offer any solution. Also one night when I asked someone to come and clean up the floor off the flies they said they don’t have service that night.

AC doesn’t work. They say 29 rooms also don’t have working AC and there will be no technician until next weeks. Absolutely waste of money and time

We had an early flight (7:30am) arriving into SFO from Austraila, as we were dropping our luggage to the hotel, we thought we'd ask if there is a room available for an early checkin. Bandana was great in finding an available room that allowed us to check-in, take a shower and a quick nap to give us some energy to last through the rest of the day. That was wonderful. And because we are Hilton diamond members, our room was also upgraded. We really enjoyed the extra space we had in the room. Roxane helped us sort through some logistics of the upgrade and was very helpful. Overall, a great stay in a convenient location!
I stayed at the Homewood Suites Sunnyvale for just over two weeks and overall had a very solid experience, especially for a longer-term business stay.
The front desk team was exceptional throughout my visit—consistently professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was smooth, and any questions or requests were handled quickly and with a positive attitude. That level of service makes a big difference when you’re on the road for extended periods.
The room condition and cleanliness were excellent. The suite felt well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the property overall still feels close to new. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything in order, and maintenance of the common areas was clearly a priority.
Breakfast is typical Hilton fare—perfectly fine, reliable, and convenient, but nothing especially memorable. It gets the job done for busy mornings.
The only real downside is the daily parking charge, which adds up quickly for long-term stays. For guests staying multiple weeks, this can become a noticeable extra expense and is worth factoring into your budget (-1 star for this charge!).
Overall, this is a strong option in Sunnyvale for extended business travel, with standout service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a well-maintained property. I would definitely stay here again—just with a closer eye on the parking costs!!
This is the best place to stay if you're in San Jose area!!
Rooms are very clean, the service is very proffessional and Monique is so sweet always there when you need something.
They have a gym, media center room with TV, pool table, they a barbecue pit area, pool/ jacuzzi, parking is underground and very safe!
If i could give them a 10 star review, I would've!!! Thank you guys for everything you do to keep customers happy! Oh BTW, you get free breakfast and it's delicious!!
