What a difference between this hotel ( which is also owned by Hilton) than the experience in San Diego, CA. Came for Super Bowl ( close to stadium) and the hotel was new and beautiful.
All the staff were so welcoming and FRIENDLY!
GOT ALL THEIR NAMES ON PURPOSE: BIANCA,CAROL, RANIA, ALONDRA, MARLENA!!
Dealing with drunk Super Bowl people not easy.
Actually, was great that The Seahawks won. Most people there were from Seattle.
So all in all a great experience! Thanks girls!!
Stayed 3 nights...
This hotel was advertised as “soundproof,” but that claim didn’t match my experience. I was woken up at 3 a.m. by extremely loud snoring from the room next door. With the number of vacant rooms available, it seems reasonable that the hotel could space guests out to help maintain the quiet environment they promote.
Check‑in was also disappointing. The front desk staff member an elderly Asian overweight man walks with a walker who assisted us, he didn’t greet us, smile, or offer any warmth. His communication was difficult to understand, and when I asked him to repeat himself, he responded with visible irritation. First impressions matter, and this one set the tone for the stay.
Parking is an additional $15 per night unless you sign up for their rewards program. There is no pool, which wasn’t a dealbreaker for us but is worth noting since many hotels in this category offer one.
The continental breakfast is extremely limited for anyone with dietary restrictions, especially gluten or corn allergies. My husband became ill after eating the eggs and sausage on the first morning, so we avoided the breakfast entirely after that.
The room itself was a mixed experience.
- The bed was hard and uncomfortable.
- The room had a strong bleach smell upon arrival.
- The décor is modern, which is a plus, but the heater blows cold air for a while before warming up.
- The shower has very low water pressure, though the bathroom is surprisingly spacious.
The hotel is about 18 minutes from Levi’s Stadium, which is convenient. It is clean overall, but it lacks comfort, warmth from staff, and a quality breakfast—three things that make a big difference during travel.
Housekeeping is only offered every other day. There is a small lobby market, but prices are extremely inflated—a 16 oz Dasani water was $4, which feels like unnecessary gouging. They offer free coffee but it would be nice if they offered free ice water too. I heard another guest ask about it at the desk and she was told about the $4 water or her tap water in her room.
If we return for another 49ers game, we’ll be choosing a different hotel. Cleanliness alone isn’t enough to make up for the lack of comfort, hospitality, and basic amenities.

I do not recommend. On both nights of my stay, no one answered the phone line to the front desk. The first night for more towels, pillows, and blankets as we had reserved for three and there were insufficient linens for the sofa bed. The second night was around midnight when the room next to me was hosting a party. When I called from an outside line and reached the front desk, they would only issue “warnings” to the disruptive room and not actually enforce their quiet hours. They offered to move me and my family -after midnight. The party lasted past 1am. They do not service the rooms daily without less than 24-hour advance notice (impossible for a two night stay), the pillows are useless (memory foam that retreats to flat), and paper thin walls. If you want to be assured you will be able to rest and be serviced, I advise you keep looking.

Mold in the waffle batter. Water soaked eggs. Bedbugs (had to switch rooms) wall tiles are falling apart. Every room i have been to has the shower head flipped upside down so the the only angle it has is to where the water is straight in your face. If you drive anything larger than a f150 you will not have anywhere to park. All spts are filled with small cars that can fit in the parking garage by 6pm. This used to be a good motel but is going downhill fast. The worst part is checking in if the computers are not down you can damn well bet the oversized air freshener they have in the lobby is gonna spay so much crap that its gonna burn your nose. For real why do they need a 3ft tall air freshener it makes me not wanna go in that lobby at all. 2/10 it used to be nice now its becoming shit.
