    Prácticamente no usamos la habitación porque llegamos muy tarde por la noche y por la mañana solo un rato,pero el trato no fue de lo las cercano. Toda la noche sonando el agua que caía del inodoro porque estaba estropeada la bomba del agua. Avisamos al personal y para usar el baño teníamos que bajar al de recepción. Les dijimos que habia sido una gran molestia y que no íbamos a reclamar ninguna compensación,solo si por lo menos podía tener el detalle de no cobrarnos la botella de agua que bebimos y había en la habitación. Nos comentaron que lo hablarían con la manager. Pues la sorpresa fue que a pesar de tener esta importante incomodidad durante nuestra estancia de 4 personas, nos la cobraron y además nos cargaron un gastos adicional de 14 usd sin previa notificación. Se nos quedó muy mala sensación por todo lo ocurrido y el poco tacto comercial a hacia los huéspedes. No lo recomiendo ni por supuesto repetiré.

    Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The staff was rude and unhelpful from the start. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get any rest. Our room was on the first floor facing the parking lot, which felt very unsafe and uncomfortable since people could easily see inside. When we asked to change rooms, we were told no—then later they said they could do it but wanted to charge $20, which makes no sense, especially after offering it on the last day of our stay. The breakfast was also very poor, with limited options and a very small seating area that gets crowded quickly. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. Between the rude staff, uncomfortable rooms, and lack of basic customer service, I would not stay here again or recommend this company.

    Customer service was rude, there was misunderstanding in regards to a booking instead of providing information, de escalating the representative became hostile and didn’t guide us into a solution but more wanted to be argumentative. We ended up staying and booking in which the dispute was only over $9 yet they made us wait in the lobby for 30 minutes before even communicating that to us. Who cares it’s just $9 if she would have said that from the beginning we would have prevented all the back and forth. Nevertheless we checked in to find out our rooms televisions didn’t even work, we notified front desk, nothing changed so we just let it be. After checkout we checked our itemized receipt to find out the “Free Parking” wasn’t free like the lady promised when we checked in, it was simply just added on. Which wouldn’t matter, just be transparent. We have stayed at plenty of Holiday inns before but this was definitely the worst/off experience.

    Lele was a joy at check-in; smiling yet efficient, even though it was late. Rona was great at checkout as well - smooth and friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I love the "clean" smell in the lobby when we arrived. This is our go-to park and fly for SFO. Our car is safe under covered parking near the lobby for the next two weeks, and a free shuttle to and from the airport! The package includes the overnight stay as well. Highly recommended.
