    (1) I've stayed here multiple times. The digital key has NEVER worked at this location. (2) During this stay, the two room keys provided by the front desk failed to open the room doors three times. I had to return to the front desk and have the cards reprogrammed each time. (3) On Feb. 20th, I woke up to find the bathroom SWARMING with ANTS, EVERYWHERE. On the walls, in the sink and shower, and on the floor. Nowhere else in the room. I didn't see any ants for the entire week prior, and there was no food in the bathroom.

I was very unsatisfied with the room. the 1 King Suite. As soon as we stepped in the room for the first time, we heard the bedroom fire alarm was chirping. Like it was low battery. I went back down to the front desk to tell them. When they sent someone to look at it, they kept setting off the very loud and annoying alarm, scaring my child. To make matters worse, they changed the battery in the wrong alarm, they did the one in the living room. They had to leave and come back again to fix the one in the bedroom. You have to take care of these things before guests come in! Another problem was the parking. We came in at 8pm and there was virtually no parking spots left, people were parking on the curb and basically random areas on the lot. Not worth paying the $27/night for parking when there are no spots!

I’ve checked in on December 31st, hoping to celebrate the new year in a clean hotel, with nice breakfast and good service. What I got for almost $200 per night was a badly cleaned room with abnormal amount of ants all over the place, a bad of suspicious pills, dirty towels with vomit on it, and hair all over the bed. I have to give them credit for moving me into a different room without asking any annoying questions, but as the result, I didn’t celebrate the new year as happily as I wanted because I had to move in a different room by myself, carrying all my bags at 11:50 pm (right before the new year). On the next day I went to have breakfast at 9:30am expecting to enjoy waffles and omelette but it wasn’t there, even though the set breakfast time is 7-10am. Overall, the room was dirty, the service was mid, and it was super loud because of the airport nearby. I do not recommend this hotel.

Completely unacceptable behavior from staff and inability to to fix anything wrong, of which there was a lot here. The room smelled like cigarettes and mold, we asked for another room, they gave us room key to a room THAT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED and we walked in on people in the privacy of their own room. Breakfast was punctuated with the shrill piercing screech of drills nonstop as they are renovating the lobby. I asked the front staff to ask the construction crew to just give us ten minutes of peace and they stared at me blankly, slack jawed with barely any response. A manager told me they had already been asked to wait but as I turned around and walked away the noise started up again. Parking is terribly expensive and they don't advise you of this at the time of booking which feels predatory and now that you're stuck there you have no choice but to pay it. Literally the only saving grace of this place was a sweet woman named Martha who ran the breakfast counter and was thorough and happy to look at the allergen information of their food for me.
