    The hotel would have gotten a better review but upon entering the room, once we cut on the lights, there was a roach near the sink area. We didn’t think anything of it other than it’s in the city and it may be a one off. During the night, I went to the restroom, cut on the lights and appeared two more in the bathroom. Once leaving, we ran into 2 more. It was a decent room and appeared to be clean but the appearance of 5 or more roaches, there is apparently a problem. This needs to be treated!

    Clean, good, great service, everything went as planned. Comfortable, close to the airport, we had a car and made around 30 min to get to almost any place of interest down in SF.

    There were ants all over my room & bed. Would be a 0 if I could. Truly no help from staff. One woman came to my room, took pictures, left and never returned. I was initially offered 20% off for the night I stayed here. Only after the pictures were shown was I offered a full refund. Makes me question why they didn't believe me to begin with, especially when that one staff member had seen it. I was offered one free night at a Home2Suites in the future as an apology .. why would I want to stay at this hotel again after this lack of urgency at the situation and terrible customer service? I asked for points instead as I clearly would not want to stay at this establishment in the future. However, I was told it was either I get my room comped or I get the points - not both. How does that make sense? The comped room would cover the disgusting nature it was in, the points would be the apology for the experience. Why am I limited to one or the other? I came in late last night so clearly just missed the ants crawling everywhere ... so disturbed to think I slept in that. Was Hilton loyal before this - absolutely never again. BEWARE.

    Simply a good and decent place to stay. Nice american styl breakfast buffet was included in my booking, and as there are no coffeeplaces in walking distance, it was greatbto have the breakfast included.
