    Rooms are not like the standard Express set up but are clean and comfortable. Key cards worked very sketchy on room doors and common areas. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms in lobby requires a special key card for entry.

    Overpriced, they charge you $11 for daily stays extra even after paying for the room. And on top of it they over charge you for the store products no extra ordinary service being provided. Washer dryer is also $7 which is overpriced for a common washer and dryer. On top of it refund for your deposit they don't give on time it's been 10 days post I have checked out with no outstanding and yet my credit card is on hold of $200 for no reason from this hotel.

    Stayed for 2 nights due to lossing connection flights to Boston, which was having a sow blizzard. Best location if being close to the airport is important.

    My husband and I have been to this hotel twice and enjoyed our stay both times. We prefer the room with extra floor space. We enjoyed the whirl pool, exercise room, and hot breakfast options. My husband likes the room nice and cold but I prefer to be more warm and toasty. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket. Flora, in house keeping, was quick to deliver a warm blanket that was the perfect size and fluffiness that kept me comfortable while my husband blasted the AC and also stayed comfortable. We enjoyed the plethora of restaurants and shops nearby and had a fun time sight seeing. The proximity to the airport is perfect for travelers.

    Rooms were clean, staff friendly and accommodating and informative. Free breakfast buffet fully stocked. The strangest thing that is a first in my experiences of traveling........ Airport shuttle does NOT operate during daytime hours of 0900-1700 9a-5p. Of you arrive at the airport or have a departure during the daytime hours, you will have to make your own transportation arrangements.
