  From the get go we had to change rooms 2 times and by the time we got to our third room the bathrooms constantly clogged. The first room wasn't even a queen which is what we paid for and the shower was falling out of the wall, and the second room was leaking water all over the floor and had used needle casings on the floor.

  I’m staying at this hotel 12/23/2025-1/6/2026. I really like the hotel. But I’m very disappointed with the breakfast. I’ve tried to contact the manger David but I’ve been unsuccessful. The oatmeal that they have for breakfast is horrible. Every morning the cook puts too much water and it’s like having oatmeal soup. Another guest and I complained to the staff but they said that the oatmeal gets thick later into the morning. So I went about 10 am the next morning to get the oatmeal and it was still very watery. The guest that have early flights can’t wait for the food to be ready. The food should be completely ready at 6 am so all the quest can enjoy the food. Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel has a full kitchen so they can cook the food fully before it’s presented.

  We had a rotten travel day after missing our flight home and needing a hotel, but we booked last minute and found a room. We walked by the hotel bar and Ken (the bartender) stayed open late for us and really turned our entire day around. He was so kind and you could tell he loved where he worked, which is always great to see. Thank you Ken, from M&M!

  On November 11, our home burned down and we were forced to evacuate. From November 11 to December 17, we had to live in hotels. During this time, we changed three hotels, and the last one we stayed at was Best Western. We have been staying here for the past two weeks, and it has been an amazing experience. The other two hotels we stayed at were terrible—especially Travelodge Airport, which was an awful hotel. Best Western, on the other hand, made us feel at home. You will absolutely not regret staying here. There is one person I would especially like to thank: Ariel from the front desk. She is a wonderful person with a very kind and helpful character. Her compassionate and humane approach, along with that of her colleagues, gave my family and me a sense of peace during a very difficult time. Thank you, Ariel. Thank you, Best Western!

  Had a great say here recently but this one was my last. I was here for two nights and was under a lot of stress. The first night my heating unit was making such a loud clunking noise I couldn't sleep & switched rooms at 2 am. 2nd night the temp was in the 40s and the heater wasn't working at all. Maintenance guy spent half an hour working on it and then it stopped working almost immediately and I switched rooms for the second time in two days. I will say the food is good and the service this time was very good but I only got ten bucks off my bill for all this hassle. I think I figured out why this place is the cheapest of the nicer airport hotels on this strip. Don't recommend.
