  I enjoyed the room, the shuttle service and the complimentary breakfast. I liked its location, quite close to the San Francisco International airport.

  Very nice hotel, good breakfast and convenient location to the highway and airport. Tho the noise of the planes did wake us up a little in the night. Wouldn't necessarily be noticed by someone who's already used to city sounds, unlike myself. Suuuuper comfortable bed!

  I am shocked that in the world’s leading economy, the infrastructure can feel so 'third world.' The hotel is old, ugly, and desperately needs a complete renovation. The room felt dingy, and the bathtub had a serious drainage problem, which is unacceptable. As for the breakfast, it’s the worst kind of 'American standard' - just oily scrambled eggs and a waffle maker. There wasn't a single vegetable in sight. To make matters worse, the amount of waste produced during breakfast is appalling. Everything is single-use, and it all ends up in a massive trash can without any recycling or segregation. Everyone is smiling. Perhaps they simply don't realize that guests may expect much more…

  I read the 1 star reviews & they almost all seemed like people just having bad days & looking to be disappointed. I paid Super Bowl hotel prices on a Thursday but am still completely satisfied with everything. Especially the nice desk clerk Alberto. He was friendly, helpful, & understands the meaning of customer service. 5 stars because of Alberto at a 4 star hotel. To the manager. You won't find my reservation under the name Lit Fitz. That's just an online name but I did stay here. 😝

  Excellant Hotel stay, a litle bit more expensive than I am used to and the $10.00 parking fee is annoying (I quess it is a San Francisco thing)! I do expect a microwave oven in the room and found out it must be rquested. It would be a great service at checkin to ask the guests if they want a mcrowave and I would have said "yes"...I did not bother to ask when I needed to use one...didn't want to go through this trouble!
