I purchased this hotel room so it was close to the airport inconvenient for us to get there early cause we had a 5:45 AM departure, but when we arrived at the hotel, the shuttle for the airport the first one left at 5 AM. Obviously, I was extremely disappointed and had to take an Uber. The staff didn’t even seem like it was a big deal of them. The room was nice, but didn’t look as nice as the pictures. The rooms in the bathrooms by american standards were fairly small.

Worst management Very rude manager ,cross armed and rolled eye as a kid and at the end she walk a way She needs to learn how to manage the hotel and the customers Pool closed for the season ,remodeling or whatever reason No breakfast for gas leak ,power outage or whatever reason At the end worst experience Do not stay here. Any issues you raise will be ignored. Customer service is nonexistent. Posting a negative review may elicit a response, but there is no follow-through. The management at this property is completely ineffective The hotel is old and outdated. The mattress is as hard as concrete, Parking costs $10 a night Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place. Mr. Huddleston only job is to reply to the comments with lies one after another but not taking any action to improve the hotel , investigate the incidents or satisfy the guests He is just in his office not responding to emails or phone calls but replying to negative comments

food is trash customer service is the worst poor management no pool no gym waster of money The hotel is old, ugly, and desperately needs a complete renovation. The room felt dingy, and the bathtub had a serious drainage problem, which is unacceptable. As for the breakfast, it’s the worst kind of 'American standard' just cucumber ,cereal and waffle had a kitchen fire and gas leak not safe to stay manager has a very defensive aggressive attitude and worst body language she roll her eye as a kid

Do not stay here. Any issues you raise will be ignored. Customer service is nonexistent. Posting a negative review may elicit a response, but there is no follow-through. The management at this property is completely ineffective. I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is old and outdated. The mattress is as hard as concrete, providing no rest. My room faced the street, and the traffic noise was constant. The bathtub and shower combo was extremely outdated, and figuring out how to turn on the shower faucet was frustrating. Every floor had an out-of-order sign for ice. Parking costs $10 a night, and I was not offered a waiver for signing up for their "rewards program," unlike a couple in front of me who were. This is clear favoritism. I contacted management via email, but received no response until the manager, D. Huddleston, saw my online review. Then he responded claiming he had seen my review and would look into it - which he did not. After following up, I still received no response. UPDATE The manager decided to respond here instead of my emails. Which everything he wrote was a lie and sounds ridiculous. All the negative reviews are accurate and the “responses” if you get one HERE all have the same tone. There is no responsibility taken for complaints made and that should tell you all you need to know about this hotel.

This is an older hotel. The location is close to the airport, 101 North, South and 280. The parking lot is a mess. It’s very condensed. I arrived at 2 am and the front desk was busy. My first complaint is that my parking fee wasn’t waived for signing up with their rewards program. A couple in front of me were offered and did not have to pay for their parking. Why are you only giving free parking to certain people and not across the board? The room was clean. It faces the street. The noise from the street was problematic. It sounded like the window was open but it wasn’t. The blacker curtains wouldn’t close. The mattress was hard as a rock. Horrible night sleep for both of my nights. I had no idea how to turn the shower on. The shower in the tub combo is so old and outdated. No amenities so don’t forget your lotion, mouthwash etc. The ice maker didn’t work on my floor or the floor above. I had to go to the desk to find out where the working ice makers were at. Usually during arrival you’re given wifi info, breakfast info etc. I was not given any of those. There were too many odd odors in the hallway and even my room. It was really weird and concerning. The hallway smelled like weed and my room smelled like chemicals and not cleaning chemicals. My overall take is I would never stay here again nor recommend it. I’ve emailed the hotel regarding the parking and they haven’t bothered to respond. So that tells you how much they care about customer service.
