    Stayed two nights. The first night, my room was close to the elevator. DON'T STAY NEAR THE ELEVATOR. Every 30 seconds, up to 1 minute, there was a buzzing sound. It kept me awake all night. The friendly front desk employee put me in a different room the next day. Breakfast here was awkward. Coffee was not hot, no OJ, no regular bread, and no service people to be found.

    Been here for work trips a few times and the location is great, but the hotel was very old and not clean enough. Would stay anywhere else next time.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I would especially like to highlight the excellent service at the front desk. Delon was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to help with every question and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay enjoyable , I will definitely come back!

    Website says pool is open on booking but we received a message from hotel that pool and jacuzzi are closed and we wanted to cancel the reservation, they say they can’t do anything and we should call booking. If the pool is closed you guys should put that information on the website.

    I drove 6 hours to celebrate my birthday solo and I had ants in my room after unpacking. I had to repack my bags and haul my luggage back down to registration it was hard because they are doing construction. I told the receptionist my issue and a man was coming out the other door. He claimed to be the manager unapologetic Danielle wanted to argue I should not have been able to check in prior to 4pm. I told him instead of making excuses how can we resolve the problem. He was very rude. I did not feel appreciated. He asked do you want to stay here? I just drove 6 hours. After being switched to another room. It was ridiculous to ever complain again. My new room had ants too, plus the room was dirty. I took a shower with hairs in there that were not mine. Gross. I have my own shower cap. The parking lot had empty beer cans all two days I stayed. I felt devalued as a very long time repeat customer. I actually checked out early to go to another hotel. As a member I paid to be here, but as the manager he gets paid to be there. The rooms got fresh paint and uplifted. The pool furniture is still broken and has not been replaced. To pay $180 a night with all the ongoing issues and bad customer service. I will spend my money where I am appreciated, and the property is better maintained. Too many negatives. Not quiet. Not relaxing. They’re doing heavy work on the building it’s noisy. There’s lots of traffic from the workers. You have to walk around everything it’s a hassle. Parking is free because it’s overtaken by the construction.
