  Incompetent front desk staff. My bill says $506 but they charged $526 on my credit card. They also did that to a friend staying there at the same time. Are they scamming $20 from everyone who stays there. They also put thru a charge for over $6000 on my card the day after I left. I phoned and was told ir was a mistake and they will fix it. I will never stay here again. Also, there was never a manager on duty, how do you run a hotel without a manager!?

  Had to sleep in my truck because the rate was different when i got their vs what was showing. Drove 12 hours for an emergency basement flood from out of town because my house isnt able to be stayed in and then tried charging more than what was was showing online even after showing him. Sleeping in my truck would have been better after walking thru sewage/dirty water and couldnt clean up. Good job on working with people needing a place to stay when i had no choice. Even tried coming back to pay for a room with cc on file and pay by debit to keep the cc clear that i needed and then turmed me away because it was to complocated and i was asking to much? So paying your wrong rate and a cc on file for you is to much? Had to leave extremely tired and bagged after my long drive and basemenet flood because of him and then threatened the cops because i got upset when i tried to pay. Its a special kind of place if you want employees to do stupid stuff turning away a guy looking for a bed. Definately letting coorperate know about this. I guess people going thru hardships dont like flooding and sewage back up and cant stay in their own homes cant even get a bedbor a break.

  The room smelled badly of body odour upon arriving, didnt have a fan or ventilation since windows open only a few inches. Bathroom had hairs all over including in the sink. Curtains dont close so there is bright lights shining right in all night. Got hives the next day from the sheets, they smelled overly of strong detergents

  Will never stay at this filthy “smelly” hotel again !! Certain Kitchen staff are disgusting 🤮 to watch !! Poor quality of breakfast !! Very poor quality of hotel for an extremely high price !!! Hallways stink !!!!!! Rooms are disgusting !!! “Dakota” is very irresponsible/ have to chase her to get a response; What a joke !!! Vance” who is/was the REPLACED Manager /who knows lol ….could be a GM …or who knows could have been demoted by now …joke, joke …has absolutely no personality!!! Obviously, could be a turnover in staff lol Sadly, the city of Yorkton, with a low population..yet, has the MOST EXPENSIVE HOTEL PRICES in the country … yet, are very, very, very poor quality of hotels !!!!!!! Note: Any guest who thinks this hotel is clean lol ..likely hasn’t seen much and/or doesn’t know the difference lol

  Paper thin walls. You will hear EVERYTHING from your neighbour. It’s too bad they cheaped out on construction of this building. There is no sound deadening between walls. So TVs, conversations, cell phone ringing etc are all heard between rooms. It’s nearly non stop thumping from all directions. Loud voices in the hallways. I could go on. The whole building is built out of popsicle sticks. It has been the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Location is good as it’s close to shopping and places to eat. So there’s that.
