The breakfast room staff were very nice and very efficient. The only complaint I have, which for a lot of folks is an important one, is that the ceilings are paper thin. You can hear every step of the guests above you. SO if you’re saying here and have light sleepers, pets or infants, I would definitely recommend getting a room on the top floor, otherwise you may be up half the night listening to the noise depending on how much the folks above you like to party!

- MFMatty FAug 27, 20261.0I have stayed at this location many times before and every time I come here it gets worse. The pool has been under construction for about a year. The rooms are in need of a serious refresh, in fact the whole hotel needs a serious refresh. The staff are decent and helpful but that’s the only bright spot I can serve up. I stay at about 50-60 hotels rooms a year and by far this was the worst and for an IHG property they should be embarrassed by this location. Also there is a homeless person by the parking lot of the hotel asking for change. Safety of vehicles concerns with homelessness around.
