  Impressive lobby, rooms were good (a typical Holiday Inn style) Restaurant food was reasonably priced. Outgoing ramp from parking lot should be more clearly marked as I went over an edge while leaving, scratching my undercarriage of car

  Great location in the heart of Saskatoon, wonderful breakfast buffet with eggs to order, happy hour twice a day in the lobby bar! Free bicycle rental

  Have stayed here several times and am yet to have a bad experience. Parking is secure, rooms are always clean and the location is hard to beat. This time we chose to stay here for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. Our room was upgraded to a top floor suite which was absolutely fantastic! The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will definitely be back again in the future!

  I stayed at this Holiday Inn for just one night and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. For $380 CAD per night, I expected a minimum level of comfort and basic amenities, but what I received fell far short of any reasonable standard. Upon check-in, the receptionist first tried to charge me an extra $20 for something that was supposedly included in my package. After a few minutes of back-and-forth, she got visibly frustrated and finally waived it, saying it was covered. Not a great first impression. The room itself was problematic from the start. There were no slippers or any kind of foot covering provided, forcing me to walk barefoot on the carpet, which felt unhygienic. The hair dryer was a basic $20 Conair model — nothing wrong with the brand, but shockingly cheap for a hotel charging this rate. The bed was super creaky and noisy; every movement made loud sounds, making it hard to get comfortable or sleep properly. Even worse, the in-room telephone didn’t work at all. When I needed some water and extra disposable cups, I tried calling the lobby, but there was no dial tone. I had to go down in person, only to be told I needed to come downstairs and pay for them. That level of service is unacceptable. These are basic things that should be standard at any decent hotel, especially at this price point. Nothing felt premium or even adequately maintained. I would not recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone and will definitely not be returning. Save your money and look elsewhere.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  To start with the pros, rooms are big and clean, front desk workers are nice, restaurant has great hours and good food. Location is great and is very close to mall for shopping, has a pool and fitness centre. Onto the cons, parking is an extra $20 per day, beds atleast the ones I had got have a somewhat loud squeak, so if you are a light sleeper it may be hard to sleep. I had that issue and Tyler at the front desk was able to refund me half of my 2nd night as I checked out late due of not being able to sleep and my full parking fee so that’s a plus. Other than that single issue it’s a great hotel, and would recommend staying there.
