Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, with some positives but also a few frustrations during our stay. The rooms were very clean, the pool area was well maintained, and the underground parking was a great convenience. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming.
However, we found the atmosphere around the pool and hot tub less relaxing than expected. The pool attendants felt overly strict and it often seemed like guests were being constantly watched or scolded. The hotel also appears to enforce policies very rigidly, with little flexibility for small requests like an extra towel. Rules such as no children under 6 in the hot tub are understandable for safety, but combined with the overall strictness, it made the stay feel less enjoyable and more stressful than relaxing.
If cleanliness and order are your top priorities, this hotel does a good job. We just wish the experience felt a little more welcoming and relaxed for families. We will likely not stay here again with young kids.

I like that it has a fridge and microwave. Quiet rooms and great breakfast! Lots of parking.

Rooms were very clean, service was ok, not super friendly. Pool looked nice, but extremely high chlorine levels burning our eyes immediately. You also aren't allow to have a water bottle at the pool to help battle the dehydration. We ended up leaving within 10minutes of going to the pool.

Would give a -10 if I could. Let me start by saying, I am a diamond member at this hotel and have stayed here often as our first choice for our family. However, today I went to check in like normal after a long stressful 24 hrs with only 2 hours sleep because my child is intensive care. I was coming back to shower/sleep with my other children an infant and a 10 year old. Staff was aware as I mentioned this to staff at check in. upon arrival to our room I did a bed bug/bug inspection as I normally do on arrival. The sheets I noticed were stained, layer after layer. The bed cover had what looked like large old blood stains. I call the front desk and ask them to have someone come and change them. While I’m doing this I notice a staff outside laying salt on the sidewalks. A few minutes go by and who is knocking on my door? “The pool attendant” that was laying the salt outside, tells me that he was sent here regarding the cover but notified me that he was just the pool attendant. He had trouble speaking. He tried to tell me they didn’t have any more covers and I could use no cover and he could take the blood stained one away. ( I refused to sleep in a hotel bed without a cover, ew). He also stepped on the linen with his muddy boots. I say no let’s go to the front desk. They assured me they would track down a cover. They then call me to let me know that my only option is to switch rooms, they have no additional covers to put on the bed and can’t take from another room because it’s against their policy and they can’t find another due to housekeeping not being there after 430pm. My only option was to move rooms as this room was non refundable. I explained it’s a health hazard to sleep in a bed without old blood stains, they said there is nothing they could do. Again this may seem small but at that point all I needed was to be able to sleep and shower and for $200 a night not be met with basic cleanliness in my room. The new room they moved me to was also dirty with stained sheets but I had no choice to accept this due to the situation i am in. Like I said, I frequent this hotel with over 15 stays in the past year, This is unacceptable and told them I would be reporting them for the room condition. No one should have to sleep in blood stained bedding.******** the stains were not from the traps as the traps are in the bottom layer and these were on top the bed cover and yes, indeed the sheets in fact had the same dirty stains on them.
