  Room was very clean, service was good, and staff is very kind, and polite! Would stay again!! :) free breakfast in the morning is pretty good as well!

  Prepaid my room with Expedia showed up with multiple ways of paying for incidentals, all of which were rejected, obviously based on discrimination alone. I will absolutely never stay at this location again due to the appalling treatment on a holiday weekend that was meant to be a relaxing local stay. Horrifying customer service experience. Management and ownership of this location should be seriously embarrassed.

  Should change the name to the Worst Western. Booked a hotel room for one of our painters working on the edge of town. Booked the room under his name using our corporate credit card and they would not allow him to check in because his name was not the name on the credit card, even though his name was on the reservation. Why would they allow you to book a room using a credit card with a different name on it than the guest, if this is their policy? They knew at the time of booking that the guests name was not the same name as the card the guest was booked under. Staff were incredibly rude, unwilling to accommodate in any sense and then had the nerve to tell me "we are full tonight anyway". Yes, because we are one of the company's that booked a room with you. Never again. I would warn anyone away from staying at this hotel. Especially any companies or even parents with children under 18. Your kids are going to be refused entry unless they have a drivers license that matches the credit card that you booked the room with. It is an unreasonable policy, but I was explicitly told that is their policy. Take your business elsewhere. The Confederation Inn just down the street is more than willing to accommodate your needs, and at half the price.

  Absolutely horrendous experience. This hotel was a complete disappointment from start to finish, and I regret wasting my money here. The room was &#91 dirty/uncomfortable/not properly maintained and, the service was shockingly poor, and our concerns were treated as if they were an inconvenience. The entire place felt neglected, unprofessional, and nowhere near the standard it claims to offer. For the price, the quality was insulting. There was nothing about this stay that justified the cost, and the hotel clearly does not seem to care about providing guests with a decent experience. Save yourself the aggravation, wasted money, and disappointment—book literally anywhere else. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. Do not come here unless you want an unpleasant stay and a complete waste of your time and money. Should be called Worst Western.

  I stayed for six consecutive nights. Always friendly staff, and the free breakfast was always hot. The protein option rotates on a three day cycle where one day sausage patties, next day sausages, next day bacon. Also offers muffins, bagels, toast, waffles, diced potatoes and some option of eggs, and then there is also breakfast cereal. My next annual trip to Saskatoon I will stay here again. It's on the outskirts of Saskatoon so it's nice and quiet, clean rooms with very comfortable beds, and large TV. Nice pool and weight room.
