  Holiday Inn Express & Suites Prince Albert South Overall, my stay was a comfortable and decent experience. The room was very clean, tidy, and notably spacious, a big plus. The setup is fairly basic, but it covers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was a welcome addition and a nice way to start the morning. The staff experience was a mixed one. Several team members were warm, approachable, and easy to interact with, which I appreciated. However, a few did not acknowledge greetings or engage when spoken to, which was a little disappointing. In the hospitality industry, a simple smile or acknowledgment goes a long way in making guests feel welcome. All things considered, it is a solid property with good basics in place. A little more consistency in guest interactions from all staff members would elevate the experience significantly.

  Gave hard time for refund hard to talk to to understand to get manager to book appointment to get understand on the way things work

  Jason is so amazing!! He’s always so kind and helpful! He goes above and beyond to help out. I use a walker and he always asks me if he can help me with anything, I really appreciate that and it makes me want to continue staying at this place!

  When we arrived, I mentioned the disgusting cigarette butts outside the entrance, nobody cared. The paths around the hotel are covered in ice, can't get to your vehicle without slipping. Not acceptable. Would i stay again, not a chance.

  Watch they don't give away your room if you book through Expedia without warning or a call! I booked 2 days before my check in knowing that the hotel will be busy that day bc of a hockey tournament. My son played at 630pm then we went to check in at 9pm, front desk lady told me that Expedia canceled my stay. I called Expedia to tell me that the property has a right to cancel rooms which they think is a NO SHOW! They gave away my booking to another family! The lady up front lied about it and was not helpful. Manager apparently went home for the day and wasn't to be bothered! There was another couple ahead of us..same thing happened to them! They're reservation was canceled by the property and gave it away bc they were over booked! Even thu we booked couple days ago!! 👎
