  After a long day stressful and sad day I needed a room to stay either my daughter and small service dog we came to this hotel hoping there were rooms available and luckily they were… room was extremely clean and nice decorations and of course quiet away from the elevator, in the morning we have breakfast and it was really good as well the best part is when kitchen lady Rim came to ask how was breakfast and if we want a strawberry or mando smoothie, in my entire time travelling I never had an offer like that, so she brought a us the cute size of the smoothie and it was delicious, thank you for giving us the relax time even if it was for the night.. as we were continuing with our grieving! Recommend

  We booked an accessible hotel room recently that advertised having a roll-in shower, which I require as a wheelchair user. We arrived to find out that it is false advertising as they have no suites with roll-in showers. Front desk staff were very helpful and found what I think was a wooden shoe rack that I was able to clean and use as a bath chair. However management only offered a $50 refund for this drastic error. This wasn't applied when we checked out so we had to call to remind them (we did recieve the $50). There are many wheelchair users that would have been unable to stay or shower upon discovering this. We informed them that the website is wrong, yet 1 month later, the website still says their accessible suites have roll-in showers. Ironically, this hotel is right next to Motion where they have a wide selection of tub benches and shower chairs that they could purchase for a small cost....

  I had booked an accessible room online. I have severe issues walking long distances as I am having my knees replaced very soon. Stas at the front desk realized the room I had been assigned was quite a hike for me and moved me to a room on the main floor right by an exit. I am so grateful as it ended up the power went out and I didn’t even have to climb stairs! He went above and beyond for me and I am very impressed - we have family in PA so we will definitely be back!

  Cleanliness is a concern. I checked in room 202. Found hair around the sink faucet and on the soap dish left by the previous guest. This shows poor cleaning. One of the towel had stains as well. The bedsheet had stains as well. When people walk in the corridor, you can hear them inside your room. I was able to hear the guests talking and they were staying next to my room. Check in agent did not provide wi-fi login information. Also, he enrolled me into Best Western Rewards program without my consent and without discussing the membership. I do not like how my email address was abused. I didn’t receive the call from this hotel manager about the false membership sign-up grievance.
