  This is the second time that I have stayed here. Felt very safe staying here. The complementary Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you Holiday Inn staff for everything. I’m will always stay here.

  It is the newest motel/hotel in Simi as of Jan. 2026, so the riff-raff has not had time to spread their destruction around yet. Regardless of hotel brand, just remember to always bring a small package of disinfectant wipes for all the knobs, the remote, toilet seat, even the Bible. Wipe it all down, regardless of the hotel brand.

  Often stay here when on business. It's always a nice and easy stay. The location is near a market and restaurants. The rooms are big. The breakfast buffet is good. The front desk staff, Maria and Adrianna are always nice. Valeria is always helpful. There's a weight room and a pool. And they have a mini- laundromat for the guest.

  King suite is quite large. Carpet and furniture needs a good steam clean to remove smell. Bathrooms were clean. Front desk staff nice and helpful. Good luck getting your room cleaned while staying there though.
