Had an issue arrise and asked to be able to cancel was told " no , we don't allow cancelations " ... seriously over a free night and all I do is stay at BW . So I check in late. No " thanks for being a diamond select member. Just sign here, here's your keys" Room is worse than any BW room I've ever stayed in . Buttons on ac are all gone. Desk is damaged from what ever. Breakfast is subpar for full Breakfast. Disappointing for a "3 STAR " BW. This is the last time I'll stay here . Free wasn't even worth it. I'd rather stay elsewhere for a nicer room.

Manager issued a $10 refund on a $360 reservation which is somewhat insulting - it’s concerning that they wouldn’t work with guests who are protecting others, thinking of all the other guests who wouldn’t get refunded so they arrived sick

- AKangel kOct 28, 20251.0It's a motel a dirty one & broke one & the staff the older gentleman to be specific is rude. I was there on a business trip the 25th-28th. My first room 229 curtains wouldn't close so they TAPED IT then there was ants in the bathtub & spiders in the room, i then switched to 129 which was better still some spiders but the heater leaked, my coworkers room 270 leaked from the ceiling. Also just know there is nothing to do & only a nasty buffet & target around- LAX is an hour away. It's just not worth it. Spend more to go somewhere better. It's cali dont deal with this horrid experience Oh yeah & we were leaving early for our return flight & breakfast starts at 6am we had to leave at 550am & just asked for fruit or muffins which were ready & the old worker said no. Like I said rude staff, dirty & broken rooms which are infested with ants & spiders & leaking & its near NOTHING. IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STSRS I WOULD.
