  Sheets and towels were clean, but sadly we came back to the hotel on the second day only to have a party going on in the room below ours. It was only 7:30pm and the music and bass were very loud. When we asked the front desk to take care of it, they said that the party wouldn’t be over until 10pm. We were so exhausted and quite shocked they had put us in a room above a planned party, especially because the hotel seemed pretty empty. They offered a new room, but we didn’t want to spend what little energy we had packing up only to check out the next morning. Big mistake…it wasn’t until almost 11pm when my husband got out of bed and spoke to the front desk again that the music stopped. We will not be staying here again.

  We stayed here last minute for my son’s basketball tournament. The price was decent so we gave it a try. The guy at the front desk was nice but a little condescending in his tone at the same time and seemed to be rushing us to get checked in as soon as we walked in the door. Didn’t even say hello just are you checking in. He did give us and our friend a that stayed there rooms close by each other as requested, which was nice. When we went in our room it smelled musty and like mildew. But we were in a rush to get over to the gym. We turned on the air and cracked a window to try to air it out but no help. When we got back it still smelled but it was late and we were too tired to make a big deal. At night we constantly got woken up by the super loud AC unit in the room . When it would turn on it was so loud and rattly sounding. We do ask for late check out which they gave us but we couldn’t stand being in there any longer get so we left pretty quick in the morning. Definitely a waste of money. There were other hotels not too far with in the same price range (maybe 10$-20$ more) should have stayed at one of those instead. We will not be back here.

  The first person checking in that I had the pleasure of meeting was Courtney. She made the first impression of this hotel perfect. In fact, she was my checking out staff member several days later, and again made the total stay here just magnificent. Thank you very much for your kindness and efficiency Courtney. Hotel was very clean throughout the entire property and our room was equally as clean too. Our breakfast each day was very good and the breakfast staff was very accommodating. This was one of the gems of the Best Western family. Thank you again.

  My husband and I had an amazing stay. There was an issue the first night but the helpful and friendly staff fixed it right away ! Will definitely be staying here again in the future

  I love this hotel I wont stay anywhere else when I come to this hotel. They greet me by name everytime I come back. The rooms are alway clean, they have a yummy hot breakfast, there us plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I love that they are dog friendly. If your ever in Simi Valley looking for a place to stay.i would give this hotel a try.
