    I requested a cancellation under the allowed time and no one could make a decision to honor it without a manager that wouldn't be on duty till the next day. I stayed anyway. Despite the renovations going on, the staff made it work. But I gotta say that is the noisiest hotel I've ever been. The nose from traffic resonated thru the in wall HVAC. Which was surprising because the HVAC unit was loud in itself. If it wasn't gurgling it was struggling. The shower head had a wide spray and I think when someone flushed a toilet you lost pressure. I thought the bed was gonna break under movement. Clean room. Looked recently updated.

    I had a wonderful experience at Hampton Inn & Suites! I needed a room for one of my executives who was in town a few days. The service was truly outstanding — the front office staff was welcoming, attentive, and made everything feel easy from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect and made getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and relaxing. I would absolutely book a stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great hospitality and a fantastic location and meet-up!

    This is a bit unfair, because the place was under renovation. 1) the elevators were intermittently down and our room was on the third floor. 2) the smoke alarms were going off for over an hour one morning. Test them and get it over with. 3) they literally scoffed when we asked for a late checkout. 4) a few minutes after we checked in, we just got upstairs, they called us to have us move our car because they were tree trimming. Not terrible but maybe could of told us when we checked in 5) room phone jack kept falling out of handset. The good stuff...The room was clean and the staff was mostly friendly. The coffee canisters were fresh and warm. There was a rolled towel inside the shower which was nice.

    Traveling from Kansas City, Missouri, where we recently experienced 4 to 5 inches of snow, to California presented its own challenges, . However, my stay at the Hampton Inn Suites in Los Angeles/Sherman Oaks turned out to be the highlight of my trip. The staff, from the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping, provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed and valued. Despite ongoing renovations, which I hardly noticed, the overall experience was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would like to give a huge shutout to Mr. Athnasious, who worked the front desk he is a Saint he did everything to make my stay wonderful and I truly appreciate him.

    I don’t typically stay at Hampton properties—I usually prefer Hilton, DoubleTree, or occasionally Garden Inn or Embassy Suites. This trip to California was booked last minute, so options were limited, and I decided to give this Hampton a try. I was genuinely blown away by how nice it is. The main lobby is currently under construction, so I can’t really comment on that, but there’s a secondary lobby on the 4th floor just off the elevators that made the experience feel very inviting and comfortable. Despite the construction, the entire property was spotlessly clean, which is impressive. The room appears to have been completely remodeled from top to bottom. The flooring, millwork, bed, bathroom, refrigerator, walls, ceilings, and linens were all in immaculate condition, and the space felt fresh and welcoming. The bed was soft, and I had a great night’s sleep. The bathroom featured a clean, modern walk-in shower that looked either newly remodeled or exceptionally well maintained.
