  We enjoyed our stay. Clean not new. The AC was great unlike so many places. It didn’t blow straight on us but kept the room cool. The staff was really nice.

  Todo muy bello, menos el señor de la resección. Es un viejo pedante que le gusta tratar a las personas mal. Antes deberían de tener una relación amistosa con los huéspedes. Pero ese señor no es nada de eso. Y hace ver al hotel feo por su mala actitud.

  I love staying here. Except the $4.00 to wash and $4.00 to dry with a card. But reasonable place to do laundry is only a few blocks away. Nice staff. Also hot tub very clean but hours are not so great. Could OPEN sooner with a 12:00 check out. No time to shower after without rushing about.

  Do not stay here. This is a motel not a hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The shower pressure was extremely high and would soak the floor through the shower curtain. There was a fight in one of the neighbouring rooms at midnight and went on for a hour. The rooms insulation was poor. I could hear people talking all night as if they were in the room. Did not sleep at all. I stayed in room 116 and there are tables set up outside and people smoke at them. A homeless gentleman was collecting cans from a garbage can outside at 6am. I could pretty much count them as he put them in a bag from my bed. I went outside in the morning there was a security guard sitting on a chair. I was relieved thinking he would spend the night. He is only there to protect the house keepers and leaves when they leave. There was a prostitute waiting on the grass by the lobby probably tired after a hard nights work. I did not feel safe staying another night in this motel so I left one night early. I asked for a refund for my second night. I booked through Expedia and was told to call Expedia. I called a few hours later. The Expedia person called the hotel for me and spoke to the manager of the best western plus and tried to get a refund for my second night. The manager of the best western plus refused to give the credit. I will never stay at a Best Western plus or any kind of best western again. I don’t understand how this motel has such high reviews. Do not stay here. They need a 24 hour security guard to protect there guests and to keep random people from wandering the parking lot. I never write reviews but this motel needs some honest reviews so no one else is blindsided.

  My husband bought a truck out here and we needed a place that accepts pets. This was about 25 mins away from this hotel w typical traffic. We didn't get there until dark. About 5 pm or so. The place has a very small parking lot. We intended to leave our golden retriever in her large crate w the TV on in the room. That way I could accompany my husband to complete the sale. Once my husband checked in and came back to the vehicle. He informed me that not only did he have to pay for parking. But they had him sign a paper stating that we wouldn't leave our golden in the room alone. That's even w her in her crate! So not only could I not accompany my husband we had to pay for parking as well. This place is a highly noisy motel kind of situation. It's like they slapped the brand name up there and decided to treat it as if it's the Hilton. Noisy w cars, trucks, motorcycles, ambulances, you name it! All night long! Know one got any sleep. The dog was stressed from all of the noise. It was absolutely horrible! People slamming their doors and running outside of the hotel doors as they went by. The rooms were decent but how in the world do you have people sign a paper stating that we can't leave the dog in her crate? Or even have us pay to park? And the noise level was insane! We typically stay at a La Quinta. They never require these things. But there were none near by. My husband said he had no idea that the rooms are this motel type style which he knows I can't stand because of the high outdoor noise level. So be aware! If you're not a fan of motel type style places to stay. If you have a pet and may need to leave even if you have a crate w you. If you don't like to pay to park. And if you don't like heavy traffic noise in general. This is not the place for you!!!!! Response to owner: The fact that it mentions being charged for parking on your website doesn't make it right. The fact is you shouldn't be charging to park. Period. People are already paying from what I understand for 1 night $40 for their pet. And you're charging to park as well?! And as far as noise is concerned. That hotel has plenty of it! If you're that concerned about animals barking in this particular case a dog. Maybe you should take the time to quiet all of the people who run up and down the sidewalks all the way into the early morning hours. They and the traffic drown out any noise that any barking dog would do. Take the time to read the reviews. This review shouldn't come as a surprise. Sorry that you feel that you're doing people a favor by stating you have been charging for parking since 2023. People are trying to sleep. And that noise from unruly over stayers should be addressed just as much if not more. I've stayed in plenty of other actual hotels not motels and they don't charge to park nor state that one must sign paperwork stating that you won't leave your pet alone when it's in a crate. That's why people look for pet friendly hotels. Apparently this motel isn't one of them.
