  Me encantó este hotel, muy cómodo muy limpio y agradable, el estacionamiento muy bueno, está cerca un Target y un Costco, cerca de universal, es verdad que se escucha el ruido de los autos pero eso solo es durante el día, no tengo ninguna queja del hotel lo recomiendo ampliamente

  This is an absolutely terrible hotel located right next to a busy highway. It is constantly very noisy and extremely dirty. You leave your car clean overnight, and by morning it is completely covered with a thick layer of dust. The rooms are always dirty. The carpets are very old, stained, and full of hair and dust. Housekeeping is done terribly. The staff is unpleasant and unfriendly. Homeless people are constantly hanging around the property, making the area feel very unsafe. At the pool, people are constantly drinking alcohol and sitting in the water for hours. I have also seen dogs swimming in the pool multiple times. When I asked the staff to remove the dogs or at least clean the pool afterward, I was told that I would no longer be allowed to make reservations at this hotel. As a result, I was blocked by this hotel on Booking.com. I have a paid Booking.com account and have been booking hotels all over the world for over 20 years. This is the first and only situation like this I have ever experienced — and it happened with this dirty hotel. Do not stay here. There are many much better and safer alternatives. You can easily find cleaner, safer places in better neighborhoods for a lower price.

  La habitación 254 tiene un ruido permanente en el techo y no lo solucionan, es muy incomoda, Ojo ofrecen desayuno en la reservación y cuando llegas te dicen que lo compres en Wendy's que está dentro del Hotel, y una observación para la recepción Huele muy mal, es asqueroso, afortunadamente las habitaciones no huelen así. Deberían lavar, desodorizar esa recepción porque da muy mal aspecto a los clientes.

  Room was clean but had no shampoo, no microwave, the complimentary internet was so slow, that I ended up using my hotspot of my phone for my laptop and tablet. This location has no complimentary breakfast, and to use Denny's that is smack in the middle of them as this location is shape like an horse shoe. Also, the location is extremely noisy, and you will find complimentary ear plugs on the nightstand next to the bed. Only reason for not giving one star is because the room was clean and up kept, and the staff was nice, and location was close to our work site.

  I checked in and left the same evening because the noise level made sleep impossible. This is an exterior-corridor, motel-style property with no meaningful sound insulation. Despite being set back from the street, I could clearly hear engines revving and traffic noise inside the room, even with earplugs and white noise. It’s not a situational issue; it’s a structural one. I spoke with the front desk and was told there would be no refund because I had been in the room for a few hours, even though I did not stay overnight and raised the issue promptly. If you are a light sleeper or need rest for work, I strongly recommend avoiding this property. The construction simply isn’t suitable for blocking street noise.
