  Cassandra was an amazing help, from the minute we walked in. I had a concern about the rooms after reading a few bad reviews and I’m not sure why. The rooms are clean and no bad smells. The location is convenient and close to everything. Great spot to rest after a long day of exploring around. 😄

  Beware of not being told the truth. I was told to contact hotels directly to receive the best service. I’m lucky I booked a room thru them as they could refund and remedy their error. The customer service representative heard everything from me correctly except for my ROOM choice. I asked for one bed, a queen or larger. When I arrived I was told that my room was one twin bed. The in hotel rep offered to give me 2 twins beds. Thank you Holiday inn you saved me money as I will maybe? get a refund. En route to home amid this cold night. Thank Holiday Inn you are the best NOT. RESPONCE to reply by HI. I had no idea what a full size bed was, now I do since I looked it up. I was not told what it what but I should have asked what is a full sized bed On one hand I saved $250 and on the other hand, I lost a girlfriend. Fun times in the lobby of the Holiday Inn express. So if I want to break up with a girlfriend, Holiday Express INN it is ;)

  This property needs significant maintenance and investment. During our five-night stay, we were moved three times (Rooms 309, 311, and 317) due to plumbing issues, including clogged drains and a broken faucet. Staff were helpful and did their best, but the repeated disruptions reflect larger upkeep problems. Other concerns: Whirlpool was taped off and unusable all week Construction supplies stored in the fitness center Elevator was slow and squeaking EV chargers were not marked for EV-only parking, so charging was blocked Parking lot appeared over capacity, with cars parked in fire lanes The front desk staff were courteous and responsive. However, the condition of the property does not reflect the price paid — especially given that nearby hotels at similar rates are significantly better maintained.

  Pros: •Staff was polite. Cons: •No elevator •Room space limited •Shower was unacceptable •Did not feel safe after dark

  We needed a handicap room. There was no seat in the shower and many of the little amenities were missing. Also no chair.
