Our rooms were promised to be next to each other with an interior accessible door (like always). When we arrived, we were told all rooms that connected were booked out, plus there was no note about the request. Upon calling customer service, they confirmed the promise/note is written on our reservation. Second, the rooms we were given had broken AC units. As we were already flustered about the rooms being so far from each other, this was just another pain. We were given a different room for the one with a bad AC that was again even further than the other room. I can compliment the generosity of the maid who provided us additional blankets and pillows at a late hour.

The light in the lobby is fixed and our rooms were nice and cool upon arrival. We were even offered to go bags in case we were unable to make it to breakfast.

He basically called me a liar. He refused to give any money back. After I called Best Western costumer service, he finally decided to give back 20% of the money. I was asked by Best Western to do a review. I did and was honest with my views on how I was treated. Peter then decided I didn't deserve my 20% back after he already agreed that it would be credited to my bank account. I will never stay here again. I lost 300 dollars that week. What a disgrace.
