Just enough room to maneuver around the bed, but no comfortable place to set luggage. Housekeeping was bustling in the hallway and even knocked on our door even though we had requested a late checkout. This is a huge pet peeve as it doesn’t take much energy to communicate that request. Guest restroom offered a shower option only. With traveling as much as we do, it makes me cringe when an establishment that prides itself on its brand’s reputation, offers TWO large towels in the lavatory. Cheaper hotels still supply two per guest. Absolutely ridiculous. The overall hotel was clean, but for the price, we would not stay here again.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm, professional, and attentive service. Rosalinda & Letty were very helpful. Check-in was quick and seamless. The room itself was well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I was able to get a good night’s rest even next to the elevator. The hotel’s facilities were pleasing. I liked the tables by the pool, felt impressive. The common areas were clean and inviting. Breakfast offered a decent variety of hot dishes. If you didn’t want that, there is a breakfast place (Sam’s) right across the hotel that you can walk to. I appreciate the small touches like the go baggies at the breakfast station & the plates/forks where the check in fridge was. This made my stay comfortable day & night. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—convenient to everything I needed like the shopping & freeway, yet peaceful enough to the side of it so I could unwind at the end of the day without hearing it all. Overall, this hotel delivered an experience. My only complaints were that I had a red stained pillow case & the breakfast meats ran out by 8:40 & wasn’t replenished after being let aware. Other than that, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, and top-notch hospitality.
