  I booked this property through Booking.com for two nights, paying about $303, based on the photos and description that made it look clean, modern, and newly renovated. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. First, this is not really a hotel—it’s a motel which was not clearly represented. The building is very old, and the room was outdated, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant smell. Out of three lights, only one was working. There was only one usable outlet (behind the TV), making it difficult to even charge our phones. The bathroom had no fan and felt extremely outdated. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Overall, the room felt worn, neglected, and nothing like what was advertised. The reception area was also disappointing—a very small space with an unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff member at the front desk was rude and not helpful. The worst part was the noise at night. From around 11 PM until 3 AM, the neighboring room was extremely loud—TV, shouting, and constant disturbance. I was traveling with my daughter after a 7-hour drive, and we were unable to rest at all. We ended up spending until 3 AM trying to cancel the reservation, both on the phone and by going downstairs to speak with the front desk, which was very frustrating. Booking.com told us the reservation was through a third party and that they could not help, and that we needed to contact the property directly. When we spoke to the property, they told us the reservation was actually through another third party (Expedia) and that they could not refund us except possibly the second night. This back-and-forth was unacceptable and felt like a complete runaround. We booked through Booking.com, and nowhere during the booking process was it clearly disclosed that the reservation would be handled through multiple third parties. Overall, this experience felt misleading and borderline deceptive—from the condition of the property to the way the booking and cancellation were handled. For the price paid, this was absolutely not worth it. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. NEVER.

  One of the quietest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Beautiful grounds and swimming pool. Everything clean as a whistle. Conveniently located near the highway but you never hear it in your spacious room. One of the best Best Western experiences I've had!

  Just a wonderful little hotel! A kind and helpful staff, always! Clean rooms. Good location. Excellent prices. Check in is always easy, and they always have a smile. We will always come back here. Just gave the 4 stars for the rooms, because they are a little dated. But clean and spacious
