    This hotel is at an exit with truck stops, fast food restaurants, and not a lot of other options. It appears to be remodeled and done well. Area overall felt safe, parking is well lit, a lot of workers stay here during the week. Staff was very nice and helpful at check in. It was quieter than I expected, room service was scheduled during my stay and spot on. Room was clean, modern, comfortable bed, the pillows could be improved, but overall it was fine. No coffee maker in the room. Super tiny mini-fridge with no freezer compartment. Old school thermostat unit did not keep the room very cool but it did have a constant fan so that helps with sleeping. Laundry on site $2 coin op, for wash and to dry, clean facilities. Breakfast is minimal but there are bagels, and cereal.

    Remodeled rooms are decent. Bed wasn't the best or the worst. It was clean enough for one night

    The reasons why this facility isn't a five. Although recently redecorated the rooms are a bit on the minimalist side. Only one metal chair and a round object that looks to be child sized to sit on. All the parking is on the outside of the compound and inconvenient. Breakfast is sparse but that wasn't a concern for us. It might matter to others. Otherwise the Spark in Santa Nella is clean, somewhat quiet and relatively safe.     I gave the rooms a 3 star, not because it was dirty or anything, but because I was fighting red gnats. I killed about 6 of them. Otherwise the bed was clean and comfortable, I used the free wifi, nice tv, microwave and fridge. The staff was kind and professional and had a nice continental breakfast.

    This place is very nice, and with the Expedia app we saved 40 bucks. My only complaint is the hours of the pool. 11 AM to 8 PM. Check out is at 11 AM. We were only here for one night, and we got here just after eight. Weren’t allowed to use the pool. 11 a.m. is a little late for the pool hours, which means don’t expect to swim on the day that you have to leave.
