  While room and checkin were ok i specifically looked to see if there's a gym. Everywhere i looked online said YES. There is not!! Very, very disappointed. Lesson learned dont ask AI, chat Gpt go to the website. Parking is reasonably priced. Homeless in the parking lot, I didn't feel safe. I arrived at the assigned room and the door was open, maintenance being done. The staff member was very apologetic and polite.

  This place the staff I interacted with on March 11, 2026 @ 10:16 am pst Amelia I believe her name was and her co worker was so rude and disrespectful. I did a cc authorization form and I didn't realize I forgot to add a copy of my cc. I don't work on the weekends so when I received the email they needed the copy. I sent it in as soon as I could. The 1st lady barely got words out and said "i can't help you" mind you I got an email and the lady on my VM said her name was Alexa and said call her back at the number but now I am being told no one is there by that name, but how would i have known I was missing paperwork? I asked to speak to someone else because I don't deal with rude people. The next person Amelia I got a little more information out and she preceeds to tell me my clients were charged even though the vm just stated once I get the copy they would take care of it, not that they was going to charge my client when a cc autho form was on file. You had everything but the copy of my card which most hotels I deal with NEVER ask me for a copy no telling what people do having my full cc info (needs to have a better safe system for cc authorization people). I told Amelia I got a phone call and a VM telling me I had missed something and that the communication within their company needs to be better, If I had never got this phone call/vm I would of never known I accidentally missed a paper. I asked for a Supervisor and she stated she was in charge and I said you answer to someone then proceeds to say they not here and I can send you to their voicemail. She stated do I need to do a refund or not mind you they shouldnt of been charged in the 1st place. I told her that's what I just told you and please send the portfolio, she said ok. I asked if she had my email because she wasn't trying to even confirm where to send the portfolio. I said I will be calling back to speak to someone and I wish they had phone recording because the two employees I dealt with today was very unprofessional and very rude. I will make sure I don't recommend anyone deal with that type of treatment. My clients will definitely be going somewhere else. This is a small summary of what happened and its already a novel, so ill leave it at this.
