I am so excited to give this review! I have wanted to stay here for a long time and it was an amazing location! Even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Romantic and peaceful. Wonderful service from all of the customer service professionals and we felt well taken care of and welcomed by one and all! I loved our room and it was incredibly clean. I loved the grounds and I will be back again for sure. Location is excellent to a lot of different attractions. The prices for drinks were expensive which was disappointing. The drinks and service however were perfect! The lobby was beautiful and romantic. The front desk was so polite and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family.

The location is absolutely beautiful and one of the best parts of staying here. The rooms are a decent size and overall felt comfortable, making it a great spot for an overnight stay. The only cleanliness issue I noticed was that the toilet wasn’t fully clean, there were some stains under the lid. Thankfully, I had Clorox wipes with me and was able to clean it myself. Aside from that, the rest of the room was comfortable and met my expectations. One thing that was a bit confusing was the parking situation. When I checked in, I was told that since I had already paid for parking with my reservation and was staying overnight, I didn’t need to register my car. However, the next morning I found a notice on my car saying it wasn’t registered and warning me to make sure I do so. I understand they’re trying to prevent non-hotel guests from parking there, and I’m sharing this in case it helps improve communication for future guests. My recommendation would be to either have all guests register their vehicles regardless, or provide a permit (even just a paper on the dashboard) confirming that parking has been paid and the car is authorized to be there. That would help avoid confusion and unnecessary warnings. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay in a beautiful location, with just a few small areas that could be improved.

Booked for 3 nights, didn't tell us before hand it's 18 dollars a night to park plus there's a big sign saying they are not liable, when I got to my room there was no remote it took us going to the front 2 times and over an hour before they finally gave us a remote, in the hall there's trash up and down the hall from guest that have dropped it there from there rooms and they never cleaned my room we even went down and requested it at 8am at 2pm they told us there understaffed and will only give us towels we can change our sheets ourselves, funny cause they had maids cleaning rooms for new guest i guess after they get you in they just stop caring, worst "high class" hotel i have ever stayed at

The room is fine. One bed awful. One was passable. One star simply for the bs parking fee. They charge it because they can and know you have no other choice. Also the balcony upgrade was pointless. You’re just looking at cars. The split setup of the hotel is super annoying when you’re lugging luggage. Ultimately regret staying here (and I just arrived)

Room had a moldy smell to it. The AC did not work at all, surfaces looked like they were not wiped down. Bathroom had hair on sink and counter. The water pressure on the shower was super low. Not impressed at all. And we had to pay $24 for parking for one night! Will not be staying here again.
