Lovely place to stay in the Santa Cruz mountains. Staff were very friendly and we were given an update to a suite which was huge! Didn’t use any of the amenities but the pool and jacuzzi looked nice and clean. Would highly recommend.

Two stars is being generous. The rooms are poorly maintained. You really need to fire your maintenance people and start over. The view of the parking lot was not worth the extra cost. We were only given two towels (should have been three for a couple). The parking lot situation was really confusing. I was told we would have to pay for parking??? Who does that….. over all a waste of my money I was trying to stay in a nice place but next time maybe Motel 6, huh??

We stayed for one night in room 554. Immediately upon entering the fifth floor, I noticed a strong smell of either bleach or chlorine. I entered the room and everything appeared to be fine. I liked the coffee station with the microwave and the fridge that is pretty standard and nothing life-changing. The bed mattress was absolutely extremely firm and my back hurts today from the bed, There was also blood on our comforter. We had brought our own blanket, thankfully. I took a shower this morning and and saw mold on one of the hanging photos on the bathroom wall. I could see make up smears and handprints from the previous people on the bathroom door jam. I could see paint had chipped off the bottom of the door jam. I could see other people‘s hair on the door. I could tell that the room was not deep cleaned. This is horrific and I never imagine that a Hilton hotel would be like this.
And please Hilton do not send a standard reply of visit our website to explain further or any other standard response. I expect change. I have seen your response to several other similar complaints and it is clear that you have not taken the time to make a change. It appears all you care about is collecting money from people who have no idea about what they’re getting themselves into.

Location was great and staff was friendly; however I was disappointed with the rooms. Although beautiful on the website- they smelt horribly of mildew and the carpets felt almost wet. I understand that this is a humid climate, but it wasn’t just one room. They moved our room based on my complaints on the room smell and the new room smelt the same if not worse and was on a different floor and side of the hotel. We ended up being placed in a third room, which was marginally better but still smelled. Honestly, I feel like the hotel is in need of updating and cleaning. The baseboards and trimming around the doors are peeling. The carpets feel a bit damp. The main elevator was not functioning on our second day there. The staff was gracious and it’s totally not their fault, very helpful with my complaints, but management needs to do something about the quality of their hotel. This definitely damaged my view of Hilton hotels which before this was good. Additionally there are hidden fees that I feel like everyone should be aware of. First, you have to pay for parking even if you are a hotel guest. Second, breakfast is in fact not included, which was advertised as included on Expedia through which I booked.

This was unfortunately a very uncomfortable stay for us. We had low expectations as we needed a quick spot to spend the night, but this does not meet Hilton standards.
The hotel is nice on the outside and in common areas, but our room smelled extremely strongly of mold. The window was already cracked open so I think the issue is known. Slept ok but did not get used to the smell and got out of the room asap in the morning.
Staff was kind, room was quiet, but the mold definitely made for a way worse stay. This can’t be safe for the staff to be around.
