    Terrible. Arrived to my room and found the door wide open with a work cart. Appreciate that they are trying to keep up aesthetics but they need to communicate that with the front desk. Went to my second room and it smelled stale and musky. Also, my tv did not work. Would never stay here again.

    The staff were incredibly helpful and kind! I arrived early, and they were very accommodating—offering a place to leave my bags, hot coffee, and even a spot to get some work done before check-in. Everyone was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. My room was great, the hotel is dog-friendly (which I loved), and they have a gym for workouts. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. They truly went above and beyond my expectations!

    Travers BEWARE! This hotel loves to charge you bogus fees after you have checked out!!! AND Hilton will not do anything about it so the hotel gets away with the extra charges! When I called the hotel about the extra fee the front desk person told me I needed to e-mail housekeeping and then I received NO response. So the front desk person did not want to talk to me about the charge and neither did the person I was told to e-mail. Only after not getting anywhere with the hotel did I called Hilton. I called Hilton 3 times to try to settle the matter and I was told the first two times I called that they would contact the hotel and have them get in touch with me. I never heard from the hotel. On the third call to Hilton I was told they couldn't do anything about it because the hotel made the charge and I had to take it up with them. So eventhough you think Hilton is reputable and above board it does not take any responsibility for their hotels. If that isn't enough to deter you from using this hotel, let me tell you that if you are wanting a hotel experience where the front desk staff is helpful and the hotel is secure than you will want to find another hotel too. If you like being ignored and left alone and have no problem with security than you may want to consider staying here and take your chances with the overcharges. What a disaster!

    I had a wonderful stay for my anniversary. We got a large king bed room and it was very comfortable. Staff was very kind.
