Breakfast was real food including cheese omlets, bacon, potato's, waffles, yogurt, cereal and pastries. Parking is great, elevators and luggage carts. We enjoyedvthe separate living area with a 3rd TV. Linens are top notch.

However, this hotel would not honor that, and still made my family pay for parking. After a rude and unpleasant interaction upon check-in, I called corporate. Corporate confirmed that they prepaid for parking. Corporate called the hotel, and told them they needed to honor the rate and not to charge my family for parking. I was ensured that the hotel confirmed this, and there would be no additional parking charge. This location, and Crystal at the front desk, ignored this and still charged my family for parking, and treated my family poorly upon check-in and check-out. We will not be coming back to this location.

We all LOVED the customizable Keurig coffee maker in the lobby. It was such a treat to stop and have a mocha on the way in.
