  The housekeepers are superstars! Our suite was very clean, and well stocked, and they made sure we were set for the night and were kind in the morning when we said hi :)The front desk staff was kind, and the girl running the desk in the morning was sweet and let me grab breakfast even though I showed up 5 min before they stopped serving! Lots of crispy bacon and good omelettes. The only nitpick I have is the remotes for the tv, they were a bit confusing and we couldn’t hook up our gaming system as there was no way to switch the hdmi channel

  The cops won't let me panhandle at the spot here even though other homeless people are allowed to. I have nothing against this business, never been a customer here. But it's close to where the cops banned me from panhandling so I have to leave a bad review because you can't complain about the police.

  Update- the response to my review is nonsense. Very nicely written, so probably not somebody that actually works at this hotel. I’ve been waiting at the hotel for an hour to be called by a manager to handle issues with staff and stay, but still no call. So I’m leaving this review in the meantime. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it is far from a luxury hotel but it has the basics. The last few weeks there has been a new girl named Jasmine that has quite the attitude and mouth on her. Not in a smart way. This week the room I was given had a broken heater and zero towels- and I had to sit in the office for an hour while she tried to fix it instead of giving me a new room because I ordered a queen and they only had a bunch of Kings left and I refused to pay the extra amount because that’s not what I booked. This jasmine girl looks at me as says “you want me to bring you more blankets?” SERIOUSLY?! She kept saying things like “I’d have to ask my manger” ok…do it. It’s your job (as you would say) During this 3 day stay there was never any wifi. The male manager gaslit me when I told him it was still not working so it just never got fixed. I can hear them working on it today- the third day it’s been out. On my last morning I woke up before 9am to a member of staff standing outside my door with a leaf blower. Not moving. I watched from my window and after 5 minutes I popped my sleepy head out and he didn’t move until I asked him to stop . The leaf blowing did not stop so I went to talk to the office and that same girl Jasmine once I let her know there was a leaf blower directly outside my door she says “well that’s a his job, so” AGAIN, seriously? This girl needs training and potentially a new type of job. Jasmine will lose this business money. I did tell her I was gonna let management know of the comments that she was saying to me. I was in the parking lot for about 20 minutes getting my stuff together and waiting for a call- SHE CALLED THE POLICE. Me and the police had a good giggle about it and I moved my car like 30 yards away. There was only one competent girl in the evenings but she can’t do it all. What a shame! WONT BE BACK!

  Super clean rooms I'm a painter and a carpenter so I can tell a quality around. Most of the staff was brand new so it took a minute to get things going but otherwise not a bad stay
