Downside, hot tub was not clean so decided not to get in, and the breakfast we got on Thursday was lackluster. At a busy intersection, three floors up you can still hear the noise, and not in a scenic part of town. Had the hot tub been clear I would have given an an extra star.

The basement car parking and the lift was stinking while we were there. In the batchroom shower water was so force and kids cannot bear that speed. The laundry service was horrible. We need staff assistance to get inside the room everytime and washer and dryer is not coin or credit card operated. it requires an app to install in our room. No user friedlty at all.
