  Très grand hôtel sur santa clarita, partagé en 2... Un côté homewood suite et Hampton... Même entrée.. Les chambres suite sont tres belles, bien équipées avec une cuisine et un salon... Petit déjeuner servi jusqu'à 9h,on est arrivé a 9h05...plus rien, les plats étaient vides... Heureusement que l'équipe de la cuisine a été sympa et nous a préparé des assiettes... Le personnel est vraiment tres sympa. Une belle piscine avec vue sur le parc d'attraction. Des restaurants pas trop loin.... Mais vaut mieux prendre la voiture pour avoir plus de choix

  I will leave 0 stars for services if there is one. I booked a room from Expedia several days ahead, then after 6 hours trip. We arrived at the hotel. The front desk could not find any info about the reservation, then they blame Expedia that Expedia must have failed to do the reservation. I made several calls to Expedia and wasted 90 mins, then it turned out it was the hotel’s fault that they did not send back the reservation id so Expedia did not make the reservation successfully. Expedia refunded me part of the stay. But hotel did not do anything, even I asked the front desk to have their manager call me back, but it has been over a week, I haven’t got any calls. I guess no one cares the 90 mins waste from a loyal customer from the hotel. Another thing, we checked out in the morning around 10, after handing them the room keys, we realized that we left something in the room. The front desk lady found the key and said she need to lead us to the room as we already checked out, which is fine. But another family came and she told us to wait, which was also fine. But it took so long so we asked the other front desk lady to help because she just stood there doing nothing. She pretended to not hear anything from us. We had to wait 10 more minutes for the first lady to lead us to the room. I was total pissed off. I am a return customer from this hotel, but I will not come back again. Stay away from this hotel.

  Perfect stay for a family!!! The suite was affordable and spacious, the complimentary breakfast was packed with options for all the adults and kids. The hotel was very clean and staff were very kind. Highly recommended! Especially if you are planning a trip to six flags, as it it's two minutes away!
