I tried reaching out to Riley and Karla multiple times via email abd phone calls - left Karla multiple voicemails . And no response back . Unprofessional behavior in her part since she was the main point of contact, and all we had left to do was to sign the contract. Which for some odd reason couldn’t send it over . I would not recommend trying to book a hotel block unless you like wasting your time trying to get a hold of someone there. Good thing there are other hotel options that do want to do business with you in the area!
