Quite other than the sound of the nearby vehicles driving on road/street in front of the hotel.

Manager Anais is extremely hostile and unprofessional. Stayed here in early October, drove down from San Jose with a white blanket. I left the blanket in the car for the entirety of my stay, but after checking out was charged twice for said blanket. ($150 and then charged again for $100). The manager Anais claimed these charges were due to a “stolen blanket” even though this blanket I had bought a year prior on Amazon for $30. When asking Anais about these charges she became extremely hostile on the phone saying she witnessed us stealing linen. I asked her if she saw us take the linen or if she just saw a white blanket in the car. She became evasive refusing to answer the question saying she’s still “investigating.” Why were we charged (twice) before she even concluded the investigation? I asked her if she had done inventory on the room upon our checkout to check for the missing linen, again she became evasive refusing to answer the question. I called several times to follow up, but each time another team member answered the phone saying she was busy and she would call us back. She never once called back. This went on for over a month. After the last time I called, she still refused to speak or call us back and then the next day sent an email saying she concluded her investigation and refunded the $150, but not the other $100. Overall a bad experience and just terrible management

I was extremely disappointed with the room. The bed hadn't been made, and there was a faulty lamp. I slept on top of the covers because the sheets were soiled from the last guest. I called the front desk, but nothing was done to resolve the issue, and the management did not contact me. I would not recommend this hotel.

I will never ever stay in this hotel again. Last night when I went to take a hot shower after a long day or traveling, I let the water run for 10 minutes trying to get the water to warm up and it never did so I took a cold shower with the lukewarm water. The bathroom is so small that you can’t fit more than 1 person in it at a time. The rooms are so tight that it’s hard to open our luggage and get things out. Now it’s 5am and I can’t sleep because there’s a skunk in the area spraying its scent so the whole hotel room smells like a skunk. This is an all around terrible experience. Never again.

An upgraded motel 6…I couldn’t figure out if it smelled like rats and roaches ir some other nasty smell. It also looked and felt like an old assistant living facility. My smelling senses are more heightened than most. The aroma of a nursing home, is what it gave. It smelled like musk or mold….just old. The room was “up to date”. My bed was situated right by the bathroom. Most modern hotels have the bathroom separate from the bedroom. It had a popcorn-ceiling and the height was low. The room was clean but something about the hotel made me feel dirty. The bed was made of steel! If you just need a roof over your head, ok stay here. But if you’re looking for relaxation and comfort , run!
