A great location is the only thing I would recommend this hotel for, but The Hyatt has that too. Feels more like college dorm rooms than a Hilton hotel. The beds are tough and I can sleep anywhere. The bathroom light attached to the mirror that doesn’t turn off, no bueno. Forced to book a minimum two night stay, hotel shows no availability for single nights. The people that work here are nice. Would recommend the Hyatt close by if choosing between the two.

We had a Christmas party on 12/18/25, and unfortunately our experience with the bartender, J _ _ _ _, was disappointing. While I understand and don’t mind that service can be slow during busy events, his attitude felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience. A more positive and approachable demeanor would have made a big difference.

The hotel is currently under renovation, and there is a lot of noise throughout the area. The breakfast restaurant is awful, the gym is tiny and poorly ventilated, and the room was not adequately cleaned. The shower water pressure is very low. The reception staff is not helpful at all—they give unrelated answers when you ask them to address issues.
