- FFF3 days ago5.0I would like to recognize Mimi, the bartender, for delivering an incredible experience. Although I don’t drink alcohol, I had the opportunity to watch her during happy hour, and she was truly exceptional. Even while being very busy with the UNLV basketball team staying at the hotel along with many other guests she remained composed, friendly, and fully engaged. She prepared each drink with a smile, was accommodating to every request, and made sure everyone felt welcomed and well taken care of. Her professionalism and positive energy never wavered despite the high volume. This has been one of my best experiences at Embassy Suites, and it’s entirely because of employees like Mimi. She represents the hotel exceptionally well.
