Parking is advertised at $30, yet there are no cameras or security monitoring the parking area. They told me they have blinds spots in the cameras and that they can just take the $30 charge off for inconvenience so that makes me wonder how many break ins happend in that parking. A hotel charging for parking should provide basic safety measures or clearly disclose the lack of surveillance. I would be cautious staying here until parking security is improved.

I spoke to the front desk and was told they had no availability to move us to another room. I said I want a refund and we will leave this is all at 1am. But he found us a room 822 that was ok and smelled a lot better. The food at breakfast was horrible. This was the worst Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at.

- OGOliver GavinDec 24, 20251.0Credit card got swiped at the restaurant! Beware! I very politely informed a manager the next day and they took my contact details and I never heard from them again. This was a month ago. I used a corporate card which rarely gets used, hadn't been used in months and there was a fraudulent charge attempted on my card 2 minutes after I paid for my dinner. The waiter had taken my card to the back instead of processing my payment at the counter. Luckily the transaction was blocked but it also meant I had to get a new card and use my own funds for the remainder of my trip.
